Fantasy story girl trained in the erotic arts uses sex to save others

I read this book around 2007. It was part of a series that i think was still being written. The girl lived in a fantasy time of princes and warriors. She is trained in the erotic arts on an island, and after her training travels to fulfill her duty as a servant to whomever she is supposed to serve. She ends up making friends on her journey but, since her only skill is in the erotic arts, that is what she does to help her friends. That is all i remember so far.
