Covers added to both books. I've used the covers from Amazon FR.

Publisher's pages are also an acceptable source, but it is hard to tell what page it is when you only link to the cover. Also, we have to check that it's the same edition/isbn, and that info usually isn't in the cover page. For future requests, please link to the book page.
