Also, am I able to combine editions? Does there have to be more than one edition available after updating the cover each time?

Added the ACE (alternative cover edition). We keep all published covers as people like to have the cover they read or own. Think of it more as a library than a shop.

Also as you first published that book with the L. initial, we keep that for all the subsequent editions, so that it can be combined. But we add the GR author profile name so it can be found there as well.
