Alisia's 2020 Climb

My public library just reopened in October, after being closed for 1 1/2 for renovations. So this year will probably be a slow climb compared to last year!

Just finished my first book of Mount TBR.

1. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo - Taylor Jenkins Reid

This is an exceptional historical fiction novel, a genre that is often hit or miss for me. While occasionally verging on soap opera-ish, I was fully invested in the story, and Evelyn Hugo herself. I love imperfect and flawed characters like Evelyn. I do wish the supporting cast would have been a bit fleshed out. Harry especially felt a bit flat.

I just finished Daisy Jones and really enjoyed it and got recommended to read this one next!
