Bailey ✰ (baileyktw) | 324 comments This year I hope to stick to my goals of personal growth by reading more books! In the last few years, I have stopped reading as much as I used to. 2020 is my year to get back into reading and finishing some of the books that have been sitting on my shelves for so many years. Currently, I am planning on reading 10 books this year, but I would love to up that goal if I am able to finish 10 before the year is up.
Feel free to follow me and my journey back into reading! Let's encourage each other to accomplish our goals!

UPDATE: Due to the amount of graphic novels/manga on my TBR list, I am increasing my goal to read 20 books this year!

UPDATE 2: Copying off other people's personal challenge pages, I am adding stats for the books I read this year! This is a super cool way to track my reading and I'm excited to see what it looks like at the end of the year.

Thanks! I definitely don't have my heart set on reading *all* of these, but having a list to look at will motivate me. Good luck on all of your challenges this year, too!!

Bailey ✰ (baileyktw) | 324 comments UPDATE 4:

I am increasing my goal to 50 books for 2020. Originally, I did not anticipate reading short stories, so since these count towards my overall goal I want to increase it again. Hopefully I will be able to either reach this goal or increase it once again!

Ilona | 3739 comments That is great, Bailey! :) Do you want me to move this topic to the 26-50 folder?

I would love that! I wasn't sure how to do it myself, thank you!!

Bailey ✰ (baileyktw) | 324 comments Small update for anyone who's curious:

I started grad school last month so leisure reading has been super slow as of late. But I am putting in work on my textbooks so by the end of the semester/year I will definitely be meeting my Goodreads goal! Also, since I'm walking to my classes, I have the chance to listen to audiobooks on the way there which has really helped me keep up with reading for fun. Fingers crossed I can finish up all my reading club challenges too!

Bailey ✰ (baileyktw) | 324 comments We're into the last month of 2020 and wow has it been a wild ride! Here's hoping I have the motivation to finish the last few of my goals I've made in this group with the last days of the year dwindling so quickly! I've had such a great time participating in this group this year and I'm looking forward to all of the things I get to do in it next year. I have two buddy reads this month and then just a few random books to finish to tie up all the loose ends I made for myself by setting weird goals all over the place 😂

Good luck everyone!!
