Brooke’s 2020 Reading Challenge- 30 Books

I’m hoping to read at least 30 books this year with books from different parts of the world (who knows if I actually stick to this theme).

In January I’m focusing on books coming out of Russia that are related to its revolution to the ussr and some Orwell books that I’ve been meaning to catch up on.

So far I have read:

1984 by George Orwell
Revolutionary Russia 1891-1991 by Orlando Figes


I’m almost done with Animal Farm and then I’m moving on to A Gentleman in Moscow

I finished A Gentleman in Moscow a few days ago. It’s already a contender for one of my favorite books this year (but it is VERY early).

Now I’m moving on to Doctor Zhivago and hopefully I can more motivated to finish it by the end of this month but we’ll see 😬
