GR won't let me add the 2020 AWW image to my profile - the message says adding URLs is temporarily suspended, but I think it's been suspended for a while now. Anyone else having this problem?
Ahh wonder why that is? I haven't tried - don't usually. But I'm not sure why you can't. Have you tried the "help" link? (which I've found useless!)
I just tried with mine and got this in red - Adding URLs to your About Me section has been temporarily disabled. So it must be from their end Carolyn...
Hi teamI'm new to the group.
I've just tried to post the books I've read so far in the 2020 challenge section, but I'm getting a message saying that I can't post a new topic until I verify my email.
Does anyone have any tips on how I do that?
Thank you
Georgia
Are you trying in this group Georgia? Not the AWW link? You need to create your own challenge thread - https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group... - the same as the other participants have. Then once you've read and reviewed, you post your reviews in your thread first, then on the AWW form - https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - which you'll find in this post.
I hope that answers your questions :)

The AWW challenge was set up to help overcome gender bias in the reviewing of books by Australian women. The challenge encourages avid readers and book bloggers, male and female, living in or outside Australia, to read and review books by Australian women throughout the year. You don’t have to be a writer to sign up. You can choose to read and review, or read only.
The challenge will run from Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2020. You can sign up throughout the year till 30 November 2020.
Click on the link to sign up, as well as read the full details for the year ahead :)
Happy reading everyone! And don't forget to create your own thread to track your progress and link your reviews in this group as well :)
