WorldCat shows a page count of 157. Do you have a physical copy of the book and if so, can you tell me what come after 157?

I do have a physical copy.

157 is the final numbered page. Numbering starts at the start of the first chapter with all the preceding pages left unnumbered, as is the very last page. I assume 168 is the actual number of material pages.

I think it’s policy to go with 157, but I’m not certain.

Assuming the last unnumbered page you mention is blank, then 157 would be correct. The material preceding the first numbered page would not be included in the page count.

The last, unnumbered page has only an advertisement for the publisher, which I think is not counted.

So could you please add the page count as 157?
