Kyle Linville | 9 comments The last page of the index is 595. There is an unnumbered author biography on the following page. If that should be included then the total is 596.

Albert | 2404 comments I believe it should include the author biography so the page count has been updated to 596. I did notice that WorldCat says 595. Thanks for your information.
