He smiled and kissed her. "I love you because you're beautiful and amazing but also because you see the good in me and make me feel loved."
"There isn't a bad bone in your body, Mike," she said
He nodded. "Yeah." He pressed against her and kissed her lightly.
She kissed him back then pulled away and hid her face against his shoulder
He held her. "Can you sing? Like you always did when I stayed over."
She blushed. "What do you want to hear?"
"It doesn't matter. I just want to hear you." He told her
She nodded and moved onto her back. She started to sing "Everything's Alright."
He smiled and listened to her. He closed his eyes.
She lightly played with his hair. "When the world is no more; the moon is all we'll see. I'll ask you to fly away with me."
"You're really good." He opened his eyes.
"There's only one thing, two do, three words four you.I love you." He sang to he softly.
She smiled. "You're voice is great to,"
"Not as good as yours or your sister's or your step-brother's." He told her.
"You mean my brother-in-law." She laughed
He nodded. "Yeah that. I'm tired." He chuckled.
She laughed and snuggled up against him
He held her tightly and kissed her forehead. "Let's sleep."
"Will you stay all night?" She whispered
He nodded. "I'll stay as long as you want and need." He told her.
"Forever." She murmured sleepily, closing her eyes.
"Okay." He closed his eyes and head her. "Goodnight Alexis. I love you."
"I love you to." She whispered, then quickly fell asleep.
He stayed up for a little while and then fell asleep with a smile on his face. He dreamt of her.
((Yeah sure. Then I was thinking she would go to court because of Jake to testify))
The next morning, Alexis was laying on her stomach, hugging her pillow.
Mike laid on his side with his arms still around Alexis. He was in a deep sleep and was smirking softly.
Alexis started to wake up. She stirred slightly, shifting her legs under the covers.
Mike moved slightly but didn't wake up. He held her a little tighter.
She sleepily moaned when there was a knock at her door."Alex?" Her mother said softly.
He groaned softly and opened his eyes slowly. "Morning beautiful." He said groggily.
"Not now mom." She called and cuddled up to him while whining.
He chuckled lightly. "As much as I want to hold you, you should go talk to her." He lightly rubbed her back.
"Don't make me make you." He moved his hands to her hips.
He sighed. "Ok. But you have to do something for me later. He moved his hands back to rub her back and kissed her forehead.
"Like what?" She asked as she yawned.
"I don't know. You'd have to help me with something." He yawned after her.
She nodded then sat up, stretching her arms above her head. "I'll bring you some coffee Kay?" She kissed his cheek.
He sat up. "So I don't even get to hold you? No fair?" He put his arms around her waist and pulled her against him.
"I'm coming back." She laughed and leaned back against him.
"Then make it quick please." He kissed her cheek and slowly released her. "I love you."
