Serpent and Dove & An Ember in the ashes

Ok so, I’m looking for some book recommendations that are similar to these two novels. I’m really enjoying serpent and dove so far and I need something to fall back on! Help!!

I haven't read An Ember in the Ashes, but I recently read Serpent & Dove and loved it, and the main character (Lou) really reminded me of the main character of Throne of Glass. I've read the first two books of that series and they're really enjoyable and similar, atmosphere- and character-wise, not so much plot-wise, so if you haven't read that series yet, maybe give it a shot.

I loved Dark Shores. I felt like the world was similar to Ember. Also it was so good I couldn’t put it down!

Hmm that's hard! I think the Serpent & the Dove was pretty amazing!

Ember in the Ashes started off really strong and then I felt got dark. After it got dark, I didn't like it as much.

I heard Sorcery of Thorns is suppose to be good and similar although I have never read it.
