What are some books that are either set in Poland or were originally written/published in Poland?

Do you want picture books or chapter books. One that I am always being asked for is The Devil's Arithmetic I think The Trumpeter of Krakow was a fairly early Newbery.
A picture book I came across one time was The Cats In Krasinski Square. Don't know if the author wrote other books set in Poland.
