Going with The Prime Minister by Anthony Trollope.
Considered one of his Palliser/Parliamentary novels.
It's American Election Day thats in November and this is British politics, but I'm going for it.

So, the challenge is to read one book that somehow relates to a November theme. The title does NOT need to reflect the theme but you need to explain how your book is connected thematically. For example, perhaps a character eats a peanut butter sandwich, is a pilot, or writes novels.
Also, Feel free to suggest other November appropriate themes.
