I Am Malala The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban by Malala Yousafzai

I just finished this book recently, and thought it a very worthwhile read. It covers an important issue, and offers a different perspective on the way things are. It was really strange to read about how Malala and her family lived, because it's taking place RIGHT NOW, and seems to come from a way back in the past. Here in Canada, we are pretty sheltered from the harder lifestyles in the world, and this really opened my eyes.

Leanne (bookgirl91) I have to say I'm incredibly grateful I saw this book was available as a choice this month. Finally read it and honestly it was fantastic, fascinating and covered several important points.
