Updated title of book, it disappeared from author profile

I just got my author profile approved, and the first thing I did was edit the subtitle of the book to reflect the final version. I also fixed my name, which mistakenly had two spaces between my first and last name. When I saved it, the book was apparently separated from my author profile, and it says only librarians can fix it. Can somebody help? Thanks very much!

Fixed. The two spaces in your name only show on the books edit page. It separates your profile from another Jon Mitchell.
