As the director of Public Poetry, I'm asking for help getting the word out on our Artlines2 Ekphrastic Competition, a national contest for adults and teens to write poetry inspired by five museum artworks. Prizes include a $1000 Grand Prize, publication in the ArtLines2 Anthology, and a public reading. Please share with students, writers, and fellow poetry enthusiasts! I was going to do this, I wrote two beautiful poems and everything but then I read that you have to pay to submit. Thought it meant, they pay you, eh thanks but no thanks.
