Do you prefer a particular kind of music or artist?

Hi Michelle,
Music is a great spiritual tool for me as well.
I LOVE Kirtan... Chanting, Pure bliss. My favorite Kirtan artists are Krishna Das, Shantala and Deva Premal.
I also enjoy Enya and Peter Kater.
And to keep myself balanced I throw in some Jimmy Buffett from time to time :)

Michelle Mullins | 2 comments No I like most kinds of music. When I run I just listen to songs with a fast tempo , which I find relaxing. I guess that is mainly modern pop stuff. My other type of music would be Zen Relaxation

Julian, I have heard a little bit about sun gazing...in what ways has it been helpful for you?

for commenting on my post.

To STEPHEN :: Yes... My millionaire visualization works wonders in literally attracting money to me. It's a process of seeing how money has EARS,, and when you know how to call it, the RIGHT way, it always comes to you, when needed.

To LINETTE :: Sun Gazing is powerful to my health, immune system and more importantly the wisdom of my higher-self.
This is NOT A JOKE... I stare at the sun for 2 hours a day.
(When it is SAFE!!! :) early AM=sunrise & late PM=sunset)
The UV rays are NOT harmful.

There is a whole documentary on HRM, a man in India, who sungazes daily and has not eaten solid food for over 13years. Called "Eat The Sun"
This practice highly compliments my nature lifestyle!
(vegetarian/ vegan/ fruitarian/ breatharian/ solarian)

This practice is secret and legitimate. So legit!... it was found on the walls of the pyramids in Ancient Kemet/ (Egypt)

Life if GOOD!13 Life is GREAT!13

Julian, Thanks for commenting back!
I read a little about sun gazing a few years ago, but never went back and did any more research. I will see if I can find the documentary you mentioned.
What is a breatharian? Perhaps someone who improves health/spiritual awareness through focused breathing?
Also, when sun gazing, do you stare directly, through half-closed eyes, or are there other precautions you take? Did you begin slowly, with just a few minutes at a time? How long have you been practicing this?
Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions!

Sun Gazing - has really been my biggest secret lately only because of the fact that most people will disbelieve it.

Yes... Breatharians convert air / ether = into == energy!
*Go Liquidtarian first == obviously, powerful nature teas.

Check out "Eat The Sun" on YouTube
My personal method was to start off with a minute each day and continue to increase based upon COMFORT up to an hour.
Eye line doesn't matter... simply comfort.. but squinting when I started, helped. Now I am activated, energized, amplified, I can stare with open eyes, no problem. 1331
