SOLVED. Halloween anthology paperback from around the late 1980s. [s]

Hello, around the late '80s I bought this book in a supermarket that was a Halloween themed anthology of stories, and I can't remember the title, or editor, or any of the authors.

One story involved a farmer who takes in a young woman and gets her pregnant then kills her. After burying her in a pumpkin patch a strange pumpkin, that I think is the unborn child, grows and comes alive to get it's revenge on him for killing the mother.

Another story I remember was about a husband and wife getting their house ready for a Halloween party, but that's all I remember about that one.

As for the cover I remember it being of a jack-o'-lantern drawing.

Hey, thanks Rockabilly, I googled both title and author and the anthology "13 Horrors of Halloween" by Isaac Asimov popped up with that story as the first in the collection. That must be it.
