Kindle promotional offer - pay over time

I haven't seen this posted so my apologies if I just missed it. Amazon is offering a very cool offer to some customers - buy a kindle but only pay 20% of the price at checkout and then pay the balance in four monthly installments. To see if you're eligible, go to a kindle's page at Amazon and look for the orange banner near the top. It is limited to one per customer. For me, it is offered on all of the current kindles - regular, Paperwhite 2 AND the Voyage.

You know, I thought I did this on my new Voyage but then I checked my cc and it has the full amount pending. I've sent Ammie an email.
