Cora smiled and nodded as she helped guide the baby "I can see the crown of her head honey, just keep pushing you are doing great Laila." She promised and smiled as more of the head emerged "doing so good keep going..." Chris was now in the tub with her as he held her from behind supporting her back.Malibu smiled and wrapped her up in his arms as he kissed her head and nuzzled her, resting his eyes for a moment, he was so tired but he wanted to be there for his sister and see his niece. He played with Ashley's long hair "I glaf you had support when I was out..."
Julie and Jason left their private jet, she looked around for her son and grinned when she saw him and ran to hug him tightly "Mmm you are getting too big!" She accused and smiled pulling Jason over "Jace this is your father Jason...he's bern anxious to meet you..."
Mira pushed at him laughing as she sudsed her body up and wrapped her arms around his neck "funny I didn't have it till last night...I don't usually like neck tattoos..." She nipped his earlobe "I think you may have one or two yourself..."
Laila felt some relief when she said she could see the baby. She couldn't respond anymore, however, as she was out of breath and just trying to deal with the constant pain, as well as the pressure that had built up inside her. There was a little blood in the water now, as she pushed again, her muscles trembling from exhaustion. Something gave then, and Laila felt as the baby slid out. The pressure was gone immediately and she lay her head back against Chris, sighing in relief.Ashley guided them both back so they were laying back on his bed and not sitting up, so he could rest. She smiled, nodding. "I'm glad I did too… or else I don't know how I would have fared." then she gasped, smiling softly as she noticed that Laila was no longer pushing. "She's done, Malibu, you have a niece."
Jace had been waiting anxiously at the hotel Starbucks, wondering what his father would think… what he would be like in real life. When he saw his mother, he beamed and hugged her. "Not that much bigger, ma, but it's good to see you." he said, looking over her shoulder at the strange man standing there. He looked exactly as he did in all the pictures, and he smiled, holding out his hand. "Nice to finally meet you sir."
Jason looked over his son and smiled proudly, astounded that he had made such a handsome, smart looking boy. "Jace, no need for formalities, boy!" He said, beaming as he shook his hand and clapped him on the back. "You mother tells me that you serve in the military."
Jace smiled, nodding. "I did sir. I'm on leave now."
Antony let the water through through his black hair, plastering it to his forehead. He smiled down at her, holding her against him when she wrapped her arms around his neck. "Oh do I?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "I wonder how those got there…" He murmured, smiling.
Chris laughed in pure happiness as Cora brought Parker out of the water and a cry that proved she had incredibly strong lungs erupted and Cora wrapped her up and lay her on Laila's chest. "Here's Parker..." She said softly loving those moments of bonding baby and mother.Malibu stretched to see and grinned as he watched Laila hold onto the towel bundle "that's Parker Ash...that's my niece! Oh my gosh look at her..." He said in awe as the camera zoomed closer to see her face "she's beautiful Laila...congratulations! Your a mom!" He said anazed as the words exited his mouth, his twin was a mom...
Julie smiled glad to see them already connect, Jace was a spitting image of his father and she waved her hands trying to stop the tears "oh my gosh I'm a mess...Jace can you help with the bags, you and your father can talk inside the hotel room." She led them inside and sighed feeling some pressure released now that Jason had met his son.
Mira laughed and kissed him tenderly "I don't know...some girl got ahold of you I guess...I don't think I like it very much." She raised a brow "you're my best friend afterall..." She lay on his chest just taking in the intimacy and felt no pressure or awkwardness they felt right.
Laila opened her eyes and lifted her head as their baby cried for the first time. She held her against herself and found she was crying too. "Hi baby…" She whispered, watching as the little girl quieted and fell asleep in the towel. "Thank you, Malibu. Can you send a picture to Andrew?" She asked, smiling at her brother before looking down at the small life in her arms again. "Welcome to the world, dear Parker. I'm your mother, and this is daddy," she said, smiling up at Chris. "You're a father now, mister." She whispered.Ashley smiled, watching the two with their baby and her heart swelled for them. This was what made it all worth it, and she found herself wanting that. That right there, was beautiful. "How do you feel to be an uncle, Malibu?" She asked. "Your family just grew by a member." She smiled at the screen. "Congrats to you both."
Jason chuckled, wrapping an arm around her shoulders as he kissed her cheek. "You're a cute mess." he corrected.
Jace found it sweet and incredibly refreshing to see his mother back with his father. He knew they had both been lonely, so he didn't complain and just lifted the bags easily, carrying them to the cab that would take them to their hotel.
Antony shook his head. "I'll have to be more careful next time." he said, smiling a little as she lay against him. He didn't mind this, and he knew he could get used to it easily. He wasn't awkward about it at all, like it had sometimes been with his ex. "Hm… well I could say something sappy right now…" He said, smiling softly. "But I'll spare you the mush."
Chris shook his head amazed and kissed her head gently, he smoothed back the tiny curls and smiled at Laila "she's perfect...hi Parker you just want to sleep? That's ok...you had a big day...happy birthday baby girl.." He whislered and took a picture for Andrew and Kassie 'say hi to your new niece! :)'Malibu shook his head "I can't believe it...I'm an uncle, I can't hold her but somehow im an uncle." He watched his sister and saw happiness on her face, a happiness he hasn't seen before she didn't even look in pain anymore pretty amazing..."
Julie smiled at her son "so how's it going at the academy? Are you going to be getting your pilot license soon?" She knew her boy wasn't interested in girks he was too focused so that was actually a relief to her.
Mari smiled "aw come now...I need some sappiness." She gave him puppy eyes "I'm not all tough I've got a soft interior that wants love..." She teased and ran her hands down his strong chest.
Laila leaned her head back against Chris then, overjoyed that she had done it, and they had a daughter, and she didn't have to give this baby away. She wasn't alone. Exhausted and sore, yes, but not alone any longer. "Parker Elise Peterson, and we officially have a family." She held Chris's hand, smiling softly as she let her eyes close. "I'm sorry baby, but you are officially very outnumbered… Maybe in a couple years, we'll have a boy."Ashley smiled softly, planting a kiss on his cheek. "Let's give them some time together. We can visit them soon." She promised, waving to them both and switching off the camera. She knew they would probably want time to themselves. "that was pretty miraculous though…" She said honestly. "And they both looked so happy…"
Jace smiled, glad for something to talk about. "Studies are going well. I think I'm making good progress, and I'll be finishing up and getting my licence in a month." He said honestly, the smile on his face genuine. "It's all gone a lot faster than I thought it would.' He admitted.
Antony chuckled, running his fingers through her soapy hair. "You want to hear sappy?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Alright. I can give you sappy. You are the most beautiful and inspired woman I have ever met and I think your are incredibly attractive for you drive and determination…" He smiled, looking down at her. "And your body of course." He said, being entirely honest.
Chris chuckled and let Cora take care of Parker as he dried and dressed his wife getting her tucked into bed "you did so well my love...you should be proud..." He brushed her hair back "I'm used to being out numbered...I'm not ashamed of being a ladies man." He texted his sister "ready to meet your new partner in crime?"Malibu nodded and sighed his body relaxing as he pushed the pain button multiple times. He sighed feeling no relief yet because he hated waited too long for the medications. He stretched his arm trying to get more range but still struggled.
Julie pulled Jason over "talk to him." She insisted and realized she needed to talk to Delaney, but the fear...it was too much what would she say? Hi this is your mom? Just kidding I'm not really dead! She paid the bellboy and plopped on the bed.
Miranda giggled and wrapped a leg around her waist "that was good...do you want sappy or do you just want me to show you how much I love you..." She asked raising a brow and gripping his strong arms.
Laila had to lean into him for support, as she was tired and weak, but she smiled as he tucked her in bed. "Thank you." She whispered, most happy because he had said she did a good job. She tucked the blankets around herself, getting used to the feeling of being empty again, and she smiled softly, closing her eyes. "Hmm… of course you're not." She smiled. Krissy's text came back immediately. 'Yes!!! Omg, is she here? Are you coming home? Is everyone alright???'
Ashley sat up then and got off the bed so she could tuck Malibu in with the covers. She saw he was getting tired and she smiled gently, watching him stretch. He was so determined. "Do you want a snack before bed?" She asked, "I can grab you one of those cookies from the cafeteria." She offered.
Jason nodded, handing her his phone. "Alright. And you call Delaney." He said. "I'm sure she is probably miserable if she saw you coming into my house, and didn't know who you were." He said seriously, going into the kitchen to talk with Jace and unpack some of the food he had brought for them.
Antony smiled, looking down at her. "I'm glad you think so." he said, running his hands slowly up her legs as he held her against him. "Sappy is always nice, love, but pick another time for that when we aren't naked in the shower and you've just driven me insane." he whispered, smiling a little as he kissed her.
Chris played with her hair as he texted his sister back 'yeah she's here, she's doing great and Laila is resting. I think that we are going to stay a couple of nights to give them both rest and care but you can visit if you want.' He took Laila's hand and kissed it "what can I get for you? Besides our baby...she's getting all of her tests done."Malibu nodded "maybe one cookie and some milk...chocolate not white." He insisted and texted to Brandon wondering how his friend was "how's my ex-partner is daddy life just as exciting?" He wrote and sighed laying pack into the pillow wanting to stay awake but not being able to.
Julie swallowed nervously and slowly dialed her daughter's number, she was scared as her hand shakes listening to the dial tone and hoping she wouldn't pick up...
Mira laughed and pulled him out of the shower when they were done and dried off shaking out her wet hair "well...in 12 hours I've never felt so alive...I give my compliments and have decided I will murder anyone that has experianced it as well."
Krissy's next text took a little longer to come in, 'Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! I'll come visit asap, but I'll spare the visit when you both are still sappy ;) I'll come sometime tomorrow, so get your kissing and whatever done tonight. Congrats!! :D'Laila opened her eyes again and smiled softly. "Well… let me know all the results when she's finished. But right now I'm quite famished. My last meal was over twelve hours ago." she said honestly. "Could you possibly…?"
Ashley nodded, kissing his forehead. "be right back." She promised, leaving the room to grab what he requested.
Brandon smiled when he got the text, and tried to write back with one hand while bouncing Lilly on his knee. 'very exciting… but more work' he said back. 'Lilly's very sweet though, I couldn't be happier. How are you doing? Are you walking yet?'
Ashley came back in with one cookie for him, and one for her, and a glass of chocolate milk for him, both which she set down on his tray by the bed.

Antony grinned, wrapping a towel around his waist as he used another to dry off his face and hair. "Glad I get your compliments. But good luck finding my ex. She's run off, and will probably never be back…" He said, chuckling. "And let's keep the murdering to a minimum, I don't want to have to bust you out of jail."
Chris chuckled at the text and wrote her back 'no sappiness here, just exhaustion. Your niece is 6 pounds 3 ounces with tufts of hair and big heartbreaking brown eyes.' He texted as he nodded to his wife "what would you like? I bet you are starving...do you want some ice chips while the food is coming?"Malibu smiled and thanked his fiancé as she set the snacks down 'can walk the full length of the hall, next big step is steps...I feel like a toddler learning to do everything again, did you ever feel like that after your surgery?"

Dekaney smiled at her family tickling Lilly and answered her phone "Yelliw? Delcie's phone." She said cheerfully ad she worked on straightening up the house definitely not expecting the surprise on the other end.
Mira rolled her eyes but smiled "it would be untraceable darling I trained with the best assassins...but fine if you insist, I just want you all to myself..." She said honestly and pushed his hair back "never seen this side of you...sexy and passionate..."
Krissy smiled, texting back once more 'sounds like a sweetheart. Can't wait to meet her!' Then she put her phone down and went back to sleeping beside Daniel, as it was getting late. Brandon smiled then, happy for Malibu. 'Good for you! That's huge. You're getting stronger pretty quickly, Mali. :) But of course, it took me months to be able to walk properly again. And hey, after two years, I'm back in the field, so who knows?'

Julie swallowed when she heard the click on the other line, and then her daughter's voice came on. There were unshed tears glistening in her eyes as she braved herself and said, "Hi Delaney. It's your mother."
Antony chuckled. "Of course, of course. My bad." he said, feeling very special to have her want him all to herself. It made him feel needed. "You've never seen this side?" he repeated. "Guess it doesn't show too often." He shrugged. He didn't think he had changed much… but maybe she saw something different in him now.
Daniel yawned and snuggled up to his girl "how's your brother? I can't believe he was in s coma and now they have a kid...crazy." He played with her hair "how are you feeling?" Munchkin hopped on the bed and licked her face padding impatiently.Malibu chuckled "not only in the field but also the president of HQ, it's huge. Your story is what keeps me going honestly. I'm so tired man so I'll talk to you later give my favorite Lilly a hug from her awesome uncle Mali."
Delaney blinked not expecting that at all, she didn't know what to say "is this a joke?...my mom is gone..." She whispered going to the backyard and pacing not knowing what to do, she wanted to hang up but something told her to listen.
Mira smiled lightly "I saw your other good qualities..." She assured and lay on his chest "I can't wait for my peacock feathers...they'll be one of my most special tattoos Antony. Oh I should see how Ash is doing." She grabbed her phone calling her best friend.
Krissy nodded slowly, her mind occupied by all the thoughts that were buzzing around. "It is quite crazy." she agreed, reaching over to scratch Munchkin's ears. "I'm feeling alright. Just a little overwhelmed with all this." She said honestly. She had a niece after all. Her brother had been gone for three months, and she hadn't even known what was wrong with him. She felt a little bit like she was on the outside of all of this.Laila looked up when Chris finished texting, and she smiled softly. "Well… I don't have cravings anymore, which is great… so surprise me." she said, eager to be able to eat something, and not want one thing in particular. "And yes, ice chips would be lovely." she reached over to take his hand. "Are you doing alright?" She asked gently.
Brandon chuckled, shaking his head. 'Yeah, no problem. I'll tell Lilly, get some rest and we'll visit soon.' he said, putting the phone down. He smiled at Lilly who was falling asleep in his lap. "Your uncle says hi." He said softly.
Julie closed her eyes, breathing deeply. Her daughter sounded so grown up… but she could still recognize her voice. Even though she was only five when she left. "No, this is no joke. This is your mother, Julie, I just called to let you know that I'm back with your father, and to see how you are doing." She said softly, knowing how strange all that could sound when she was supposed to be dead.
Antony nodded walking back into the bedroom with her where he rested. He still had a headache, and really just wanted to nap. "Maybe after the hangover is gone, we can do them today." He suggested.
Ashley picked up the phone pretty quickly, as she was just sitting in the hospital room, munching on cookie. "Hello? This is Ashley."
Daniel held her in his arms as he played with her hand and kissed her cheek "I know it's hard...but you have your own life away from them and so you just try to stay in contact and don't get upset alright? Heck I don't know what any of my siblings are doing now."Chris ordered her grilled salmon and french fries, he pecked her temple and went to get a cup of ice and a spoon "here you go my love...the food will be here soon love. Do you want a back massage?" He asked wanting to help in anyway plus he was worried about Parker.
Lilly was munching on some graham crackers and looked up at him "Mali! I wanna see him!" She said sipping her juice and looking around "mama?"
Delaney was feeling so confused and say down on the hammock "mom?...I, ok? But how?...you died in a car accident..." She bit her lip and aighed "prove to me that you really are my mom..."
Mira smiled "you sound much better! How's Malibu doing? Sorry I wanted to visit again but I've been so busy with Antonio."
Krissy nodded, sighing softly. She knew that was the way it was, and what she would have to learn to get used to. "I just… I forget sometimes that I'm not a little girl anymore, where Chris was my only friend." She said honestly, shrugging. "I'll get used to it in time."Laila took the ice and propped herself up in bed, crunching on a few pieces. She smiled, patted the space on the bed beside her. "Come sit." She insisted, laying her head on his shoulder. "I want to spend time with my lovely man, after everything we've been through." she said seriously. "What do you think of Parker, honestly? Are you happy?"
Brandon smiled softly, nodding. "He want's to see you too, baby girl. Soon ok?" He promised, scooping her up as he stood. "Mommy's in the backyard right now. We'll see how she's doing when she comes back in."
Julie smiled softly, glad that her daughter was at least considering it. It was so strange to hear her so grown up. She just couldn't get over it. "I sang Lavender's Blue to you every night before you went to sleep. I always hid chocolate beneath your pillow when you lost a tooth, and you knew it was me." She said softly. "I'm so sorry Delsie, I didn't die. I had to leave because your father was an agent."
Ashley smiled then, nodding. "Malibu is doing a lot better. He's actually walking the full hallway now. The doctors say he's making a miraculous recovery." She said honestly. Then she laughed. "Seriously!? So you guys are finally an item?" She asked, grinning.
Daniel nodded "you have your tournament this weekend, and the cheerleading tryouts. You need some sleep..." He pulled the blankets over them "though you know I'd want to stay up all night with you...I've got football..."Chris smiled and lay by her and watched her stealing an ice cube "Honestly? I'm so pleased...I love our little Parker and I'm glad everything went great with the delivery and you are ok..."
Delaney started to cry "it is you mommy...you were the woman I saw at the house. I can't believe you were alive for so long...I want to see you...please?"
Mira flushed "like it was a possibility you knew if? But yes we are an item after a very drunk night...how are you?"
Krissy nodded in agreement, knowing he was right. It wasn't healthy to brood over anything anyways, and she knew it. "Yeah, I know. Goodnight baby, I hope you do well at your game." She said seriously. She lay back and tucked the blankets over herself. "Sleep well." She whispered, kissing his nose and smiling softly before she closed her eyes again. Laila smiled then, genuinely. She was so happy that they had a family and that he was happy with them. She grinned, eating another cube. "Well I'm happy that you're happy." She said seriously. "And I'm happy that we have a family." then she thought of something. "Chris… we aren't married yet. Are we going to plan on doing that sometime soon?" She inquired.
Julie smiled then, tears in her own eyes as she nodded quickly, wiping them away. "Of course dear… I'd love to see you!" She said seriously, trying to think of when it could happen "Your father and I are in Italy right now, with your brother."
Ashley laughed, shaking her head. "Everyone knew you two were going to get together at some point." She said seriously. Though she was a little surprised that it had been over a drink, or a few… "Well I'm glad you've finally seen it. As for how I'm doing?" She glanced over at Malibu who was asleep, "I'm still managing. Helping Mali everyday. I have to keep smiling and acting positive for his sake." She said honestly.
Chris nodded "of course my Laila...I already have reservations on multiple days and you just plan what you want and I will marry you...Krissy wants to design your wedding dress and I well...I said you wouldn't mind?" He flushed "sorry love, it's hard for me to say no..."Delaney nodded and then blinked in shock "I beg your pardon? A brother? But...I...it's just me...what brother? And why Italy? Is father alright? How's his heart?"
Miranda frowned "but how are you feeling really? I can take over staying with Mali and you can have a break? Are you getting enough rest and food Ash?..."
Laila smiled brightly then. They had a wedding to look forward to! Then she laughed softly. "No, that's perfectly alright, Chris. It'll be nice to get Krissy involved." She said seriously. "I value her opinion, and I certainly couldn't design a dress myself." she said honestly. "What were the dates you were looking at?"Julie smiled softly, remembering that Delaney did not know of her brother either. "He's younger than you by a couple years, Delaney, his name is Jace. You never met him. Your father is doing well. He seems to be alright on his pacemaker." She said honestly. "I've been making sure he eats well."
Ashley chewed on her lip, shaking her head. "No, that's ok. I'm not going to leave him. It would look like I was giving up on him, and I'm not giving up." she said determinedly. "I'm still doing alright."
Chris pulled out his small notebook and handed it to her "those are the dates and some plans, just a few notes and ideas. Brandon was asking so I thought I'd write them down...you know how I am," Delaney was shocked "oh my goodness, I would love to meet my little brother...maybe I'll fly to Italy with Brandon and Lilly? We could get married thete...with all the family there...oh mom...I can't believe it..."
Mira sighed "honey you need a break sweety...you aren't giving up you are taking care of you...he would understand that. He would want you taken care of first."
Laila smiled, looking through his notes. "These are some good ideas, chris." She said seriously. "I like the idea of a spring wedding. It'll be April in a few days." She said, smiling. "And an outdoor wedding sounds wonderful." She looked down the list. "Well… this date doesn't work. Wrong dates in the month." she said honestly. "But this one does." She pointed to a date in late April.Her mother nodded, smiling softly. "We'd love to have you, dear." She said seriously. "Jace want's to meet you too, and your father would love to see you, of course." She said. "Just take a jet up some day." She insisted.
Ashley sighed, rubbing her temples. She didn't want to leave. The thought of leaving Mali here made her stressed like nothing else. "I really don't want to go. I can still care for myself here, Mira, I promise. Besides, your busy right now too, it's better I be here."
Chris checked the dates and chuckled "that's because I wrote this months ago...all the dates have past except that one. I think an April wedding would be nice laila...and we can invite whoever you want or keep it simple." He grinned as Parker came back in the nurse looked concerned though "she doesn't have the strongest reflexes...her good arm isn't as strong as it needs to be."Delanry smiled "I'll be coming soon, Brandon has vacation time so we'll be there, I can't believe I get to meet you mom...I have so much to talk about it with you...and my brother. Give daddy my love its late here and I've got to get Lilly ready for bed."
Mira froened "ok sweety...just let me know what I can do, get some sleep I'll visit tomorrow and give you some supplies and food...I just remember being Derrick's caregiver and I forgot all about my needs..."
Laila smiled softly, nodding. "Exactly." She agreed, leaning her head on his shoulder and smiling. "April it is. And I think I'd like to keep it as simple as possible, but still invite friends and family." She suggested. When Parker came back in, she took her gently from the nurse, holding her in her arms. "What do you mean?" She asked, frowning now. "What do you mean its not strong enough?"Julie nodded in understanding. "Of course! I nearly forgot what time it was over there. Get to bed! Give my love to Brandon and Lilly for me. I'll see you soon, dear. Your father and brother are going to be thrilled that you're coming over to visit." She said seriously. "Goodbye for now!"
Ashley nodded, sighing as she lay back in the hospital chair, resting. "Thanks, Mira, I really appreciate it." she said seriously. She just didn't want to leave Mali. "Bye." She said, hanging up and closing her eyes. She was tired, yes, but she wasn't going to leave Malibu here alone.
The nurse sighed "she needs to get her left arm strong enough to compensate for both, but her reflexes are slow she will have to develop them." She sniled "there's nothing wrong with her, it all will take some training."Delaney smiled "goodbye mother..." She hung up the phone and came inside to her husband and daughter "that was my mother...she was alive and I have a little brother...we are going to Italy to be married Brandon."
Miranda sighed snuggling up to Antony and thinking to hersekf on how to help Ashley. She knew she wasn't taking care of herself because she had been there. She traced Antony's chest "I don't know what to do..."
Laila nodded in understanding then. It would take some getting used to, she figured, but she was confident that they could help their little girl. "Thank you for letting us know. Are there any exercises or methods for making her stronger that you would recommend?" She asked. Brandon looked up as Delaney came in and he smiled at her. "There's mummy now." He said, passing Lilly over to her. Then his eyes widened and he shook his head slowly. "Love, you lost me at 'that was my mother'." He said, astounded. "So wait, your mother is alive, and you have a brother, and we're getting married? When did this happen?"
Anthony smiled down at Miranda and shrugged. "She's going to need help some time or other. We can go visit soon, and see how she's doing?" He suggested. "If she really is fine, then we leave her alone." He suggested. "But we can think it over while I give you feathers. My hangover's gone now. Are you ready to tat?"
The nurse nodded "yes, when she gets more range of motion we'll give you exercises to help, there are plenty of famous athletes that are one armed and nothing will stop her." She said proudly and showed Laila how to breast feed.Delaney shook her head "she's alive...she had to fake her death and now that my dad is retired they can be together...and she was pregnant with my baby brother Jace...they are in Italy and I want to get married meeting all of my family and yours."
Miranda smiled and nodded "I trust you Tony...I'm just going to get naked and meet you at the tattoo chair ok? You sure your ready?"
Laila nodded, feeling much better about that. "Thank you very much." she said seriously, looking down at their baby girl. As the nurse helped position the baby, Laila suddenly realized how completely incapable she was for caring for this child. She had given birth before, but she had never breastfed, or done anything like that. She bit her lip, watching as their daughter ate. "Thanks for the help." She said softly.Brandon shook his head, amazed. "My goodness, that's a lot to take in all at once." He breathed, shaking his head. "Well I'm definitely shocked by all this. But I'm totally up for a trip to Italy. And you know I want to marry you." He said, kissing her cheek then.
Antony beamed, eager to get started on this artwork. He would be drawing something permanent on her, and that thrilled him. Now they would each have a drawing the other did on them. "Yeah, I'm ready." he said, smiling as he walked out, grabbed a glass of water, and then walked to the machines, getting it turned on, and loaded with black ink.
The nurse smiled "don't worry honey everyone gets new mommy fears, you'll learn and you'll be perfect. Don't worry hon, you will be a great mum and be able to do this second nature ok?" Delaney smiled holding her Lilly close and rocking her "I think im in shock honestly because I'm so calm...I have family I never knew! My mother was alive and...couldn't prove it...I just...I feel dizzy...take Lilly...brand take Lilly..."
Miranda watched making sure he did it right "stencil first love...get the skin wet with the spray bottle and lay the stencil then slowly lift it to leave the stamp."
Laila nodded, figuring that this must happen often enough for her to be able to guess what she had been thinking. "Yes. Thank you. I hope you're right." She said honestly, stroking her hand over Parker's head as she fed. Brandon nodded along to what she was saying, until her face drained of colour and she started to sway. He immediately took Lilly and gently set her on the couch, wrapping his arms around Delaney. "Woah there…" He whispered, lowering her down beside Lilly. "Breathe, baby." he brushed her hair back.
Antony nodded, following her instructions. He sprayed her hip and thigh, and then carefully positioned the stencil, before laying it down. He made sure there were no bubbles beneath it before he slowly lifted it again. Then he looked up at her. "You ready?" he asked.
The nurse smiled "been doing this for years honey...just relax and realize ecerything your feeling is normal. Laila we've all felt it, you have to let Chris know if you feel any...depressing thoughts ok? Post partum depression is normal but we need to treat it."Delaney's head was swimming black spots dancing as she felt Brand lower her down when her head hit the pillow she was out like a light.
Miranda smiled at him "I can't feel pain you know that...just be careful I trust you Tony...just keep talking to me...then I won't get anxious ok?"
Laila nodded then, feeling much better about all this. But then she said something about depression, and Laila frowned, having not known that it was common for mothers to get depression after delivering. In fact, she thought it might be quite the opposite. But she nodded, slightly concerned. "Of course. I would tell him immediately." she promised. "Is it really that common?" She asked, nervous. Brandon picked Lilly up again once Delaney was laying down, and he put Lilly in her play pen to play while he grabbed a cold cloth and a glass of water and returned to Delaney, laying the cloth on her forehead. "Wake up baby." he whispered, holding the glass of water for her.
Antony nodded, picking up the needle. "Alright. I'll keep talking." He agreed. "Starting now," He warned, taking a deep breath before he lowered the needle and started on the tip of the feather. "So, did Ashley say that Mali was improving?" He asked.
Chris frowned putting his arms around her and frowned "hey if it happens then we'll work and get you help...don't stress." He looked at the nurse motioning for her to leave and grabbed the baby blanket he had made and embroidered her name "just hold her and love her..."Delaney slowly woke up and looked around "is Lilly ok?..." She whispered and sighed "I just...got dizzy..." She slowly sat up and sipped the water "just too much going on..."
Mira couldn't even feel it, she was so damaged she really couldn't feel any pain. She smiled back at him "you have the best job you get to feel my thigh for 6 hours...imagine if this was yesterday and we were still awkward with eachother...and yeah he's walking the hallways now."
((I'm going away for a few days, so I won't be on till I'm back, bye!))Laila nodded, a little relieved. "Thank you Chris, that makes me feel better." She said honestly, leaning into him as he helped her wrap up the child. She raised her eyebrows. "Chris… did you make this?" She asked, surprised and touched. "It suits her perfectly."
Brandon massaged her hands and nodded. "Lilly's in her playpen." He assured. "She's happy with her blocks, you know she loves them. Just rest ok? It was a lot of information to take in…" He agreed.
Antony was a little surprised by the fact that Mira couldn't feel it. What had gone on to make her nerves so damaged? But he just nodded, carefully drawing the tat. "That's true, isn't it? I suppose I'm a lucky man." He winked at her. Then he smiled. "He's really coming along well."
((Have fun!))Chris flushed embarrased "well I uh...picked out the fabric but uh a lady I used to call nanna made it and embroidered her name...I wanted to give her something she could carry around all her life. I still have my baby blanket packed away." He admitted and smiled "she looks happy though right?"
Delaney sighed and nodded leaning into him and holding onto his shirt protectively as she sipped more water "she loves creating and building...I should be happy but im just so confused and nervous...a little angry too."
Miranda smiled and watched "you are doing a good job Tony, those lines are looking straight remember to use the different needles for the different aspects of the tattoo." She paused thinking about what Ashley said "miraculous recovery...but he still pushes himself too much frustrated that he can't do everything."

But most of all, she was happy that it had been a gift from him. She pecked his cheek. "I'll spare telling you again how cute you are, but thank you, Chris. I'm sure Parker will keep it as a cherished item. She looks very happy." she promised. "I know I still have a stuffed animal from my childhood too." She smiled cheekily. "Or maybe two… or three…"
Brandon smiled, helping support her as she sipped the water. She still looked a little pale from passing out, but the colour was slowly returning to her cheeks again. "That all sounds completely acceptable, Delsie." he promised. "It was a lot for them to tell you all at once… and quite a bit for them to have not told you for all those years. I get that."
Antony nodded slowly, engrossed in his work. He hardly looked up, unless he was changing the needle, and then he would smile briefly at her, and then get right back to focusing. "I can get that that would be frustrating, poor guy. At least he's doing better. He could have died in that horrible accident." He said, shaking his head forlornly.
Chris chuckled and moved the soft fabric over his daughter's cheek carefully and smiled as she curled up more into it "sweet girl...oh and trust me I know, member moving in and trying to find places for all of your animal friends? Because you couldn't leave anyone behind." He moved to kiss her cheek brushing back her hair "maybe Parker will play with them and have fun."Delaney sighed and nodded finishing the water and curling up in his arms "I just don't even know what to do...what to say to a man that is my brother and a women that I haven't seen in 20 or so years...I'm just glad my father is happy. That he has someone to take care of him...what was your family like?"
Miranda watched him work and felt nothing but pride, he really was a remarkable aritist and with some tips and help he was creating a work of art just for her. She nodded sipping her best "yeah, he refuses to talk about what happened and just says he forgives them...I can't imagine being able to forgive sonething like that...bigger man then I am I don't forgive my Sensai for everything he did to me..." She droaned off realizing that she was getting into things she disn't ever want to talk about.
Laila laughed softly, blushing. "Yes, I remember that. I hope she gets some use out of them." she shook her head. "I'd feel bad for hoarding them otherwise." she admitted, watching their baby girl sleep. "She was quite active in my stomach, she'll probably be just fine with only one arm." She said, smiling softly. "Might turn out to be a good soccer player." She suggested. "She wouldn't have to play goalie if she didn't want to."Brandon hugged her close to himself, shifting so he was sitting on the couch, and could support her better on his lap. "I can't even imagine what that would be like." He said honestly. "But I'm happy if you are." He tucked her hair behind her ear. "My family is just a normal family, I suppose. My sister's in university for concert French Horn, and my parents spend their savings on Caribbean cruises." he said, shrugging.
Antony shook his head slowly at her words, careful to be completely steady with the needle. "That boy really has a good heart, to be able to forgive them. I know I wouldn't." He said honestly. He let her words float in the room for a few seconds, before glancing up again as he changed the needle. He wanted to know more about her time at that school, and her Sensai. "He was tough? You Sensai?" he asked casually as he looked down again and got back to work.
Chris nodded and smiled "I think she'll be just fine...they don't know her spirit like we do...so active and ready for whatever life throws at her...I mean if she wasn't strong she woukdnt be here...she fights and I can't imagine what she'll be like when she grows up." He caressed her hair and nuzzled her neck "need anything? Food should be here soon...if you want to sleep or get drugs no one will look down on you for that...don't play tough."Delaney raised a brow not expecting him to tell her about his picture perfect step family "and your real dad?" She pressed and played with his fingers and kissed the fingertips gently "I think I'd like to meet your sister she sounds lovely...and Lilly would have an actual aunt not just our friends, though it's sweet she calls Malibu uncle Mali."
Miranda swore internally and sighed wishing she didn't have to talk about it "tough is our general in the army before we came agents...my sensai was a monster..." She mumbled and swallowed "if you get hurt enough times you stop feeling pain and I suppose that's what happened to me..."
Laila nodded, completely agreeing with everything he said of Parker. She knew by how much it hurt to get kicked by this baby, that she was a fighter. There was no need to worry over her. Laila smiled, tucking her head closer to him. "Just food…" She said, as she really truly was quite hungry, and she knew that when the meal got there, she would devour it. Then she smiled softly. "It hurts, I'll admit. But I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so I'm not asking for any drugs yet." She said seriously.Brandon smiled softly. "I think it's incredibly sweet." He agreed. "I'm sure my sister would love her too. Quite the busy girl, though. I don't see her often." he said honestly. Then he laughed lacking much emotion. "My real dad?" he repeated. "Drunk in a bar somewhere. Or shot… or in jail. Who knows? He disappeared." he said honestly.
Antony tried his best to keep his face lacking emotion as she spoke of her sensai. He wasn't sure he'd like to meet this man. If he did, he'd probably teach him one of his own lessons. "I'm sorry you learned that way." was all he said, as he switched needles again and started on colouring in the design.
Chris smiled and watched his baby sleep in the crib next to them as he snuggled up on the bed with her and massaged her gently hoping to relieve some pain and help her "your the one that should be an agent I'd be complaining the whole time...and want to be knocked out."Delaney held him close and frowned "he was an agent right? Maybe he's just on a mission or still working undercover? I don't think he would purposefully leave you for good...he sounded like a good guy."
Miranda shrugged "doesn't matter...just learned not to trust men till you and Derrick came along...Derrick was pretty bad too though, I guess because I'm small they think they can control me..." She sighed deeply and watched the colors "looks really good Tony you aren't carving the skin or anything!"
Laila closed her eyes, allowing herself to focus on his hands as he helped to massage some of the pain away. Then she chuckled. "Yeah sure. So I'd do okay with torture. The second I saw blood I'd be out like a light." She said, shaking her head. "It's a good thing I couldn't see over my stomach, or I'd have been a whole lot worse." she said, smiling a little. Brandon sighed, shaking his head. "I wish, Delaney, I really do. But I got access to all the files when I took over, remember? If he was doing a mission, even a secret one, I'd know. He could have gone rogue, but that's almost worse than being dead." he huffed out slowly. "I thought he was a good guy. But he wasn't ever around much." He admitted.
Antony swallowed. He had known that about Derrick, but he hadn't known that he'd been that way with Miranda. He felt a small bloom of anger in his chest and he swallowed, shaking his head. "Be honest with me, if I ever cross a line, ok? I don't want to hurt you." he said seriously, adding on splashes of colour into the eyes of the feathers, and then around them as well to add the artsy watercolour effect. Then he turned off the machine, finished. "Do you like it?" he asked hopefully.
Chris smiled and kept massaging "just breathe...you did amazing, no meds no help it was just you and it was beautiful...and we have a happy healthy girl and a very antsy aunt wanting to meet her niece. She just doesn't want us to be lovey dovey with eachother...please, her and Daniel are worse then us!"Delaney sighed kissing his chest "I'm sorry Brand...at least you like your step dad right? And your mom...though it sucks you can't be honest with them...I can't even imagine keeping that big of a secret from you or my dad. I'm an open book!"
Miranda nodded and ran her hand down his arm "your a better guy then he was Tony...I trust you, but I will hurt you if you hurt me clear?" She rolled over wrapping the sheet over her privates and standing to look in the mirror "it's excelkent! Really I wish I could show it off more...but only you will get to see it." She kissed him and smiled "thank you..."
Laila nodded, her smile soft. She knew already that Krissy and Parker would probably be great friends. They were so very much alike. Laila just smiled, shaking her head. "Ah… teen love." She breathed, opening her eyes to look up at him. "Are you alright with him moving in with her? I know we were talking about that when you were out." She said honestly. Brandon shook his head, hating that he had made her upset. "No, It's alright, trust me." he said softly. "I hardly even remember him. My stepdad's nice, he's nice to my mom so I respect him." He said honestly, shrugging. "And yeah, the secrets have kind of made us all drift apart a bit, but it's no big deal. I've been fine on my own."
Antony laughed then, feeling much better about that. "Yeah, that's clear enough." He said, smiling as he stood and flexed his stiff hands, stretching and cracking his back. "I'm glad you like it." He said, looking at the mirror where he surveyed her reflection. "Well it certainly looks good on you." He said, kissing her back gently.
Chris groaned laying back and covering his face "they are still kids! She's barely 16 no I'm not ok with them living together, I'm not ok with them sleeping together! But do I get a say in this? No! Because that means I'm the bad guy per usual..." He watched Parker and sighed "but I'm now a father I can't be her dad anymore I never was meant to be..."Delaney smiled feeling a little bit better "well on your own plus a fiancé and 3 year old daughter." She watched Lilly play and smiled "she's so sweet...I can't believe we found her where we did...but she knew we were her parents before we did..."
Mira smiled and rubbed his hands and back trying to help with the stiffness "it gets better and you are becoming a pretty good artist...we might have to create a shop together if we get tired of being agents." She nuzzled him and ran her hand over the shiny new skin "gorgeous...really puts me other ones to shame." She checked his pheonix "that's healing well...it'll be more vibrant in a couple days as you know."
Laila bit her lip, letting him rant. She had already listened to Krissy rant on about the same topic a couple times, and now she was listening to his side. She knew it was hard for them both, and finally she just reached over and squeezed his hand. "They promised to only move in together after they graduate." She said softly. "She loves you a lot, you know. You were the only father she had." Laila looked up at him. "You've done so much for that girl."Brandon chuckled. "Yes, not on my own anymore. I've got a lovely family." he pecked her cheek, turning as she did to look at their daughter playing in the pen. "She had a strange past, that's for sure. Seems almost coincidence that she need a family, and we were there when we were." He said, smiling. "She really is sweet."
Antony closed his eyes, his back and hands loosening as she hoped with the stiffness. "A professional massage therapist as well as a tattoo artist. My, aren't you talented." He said softly, turning to face her again as she pulled back the bandage over his tattoo. "It's looking better." he agreed, grabbing the stuff to bandage up her own tattoo for her. "Don't want it getting infected…"
Daniel stared in shock at the stick in front of them, that little cross meant nothing for dread for him "I-it could be defective you know...I mean your on the pill and...the condoms..." He blew through his lips not knowing what to say "what do you want to do?"Chris sighed and nodded "I know...I know that, and I loved taking care of her and protecting her but now she's a grown up and she has to figure some things out on her own...like what if she gets pregnant? What then?" He rubbed his head "many times I wish I could drink and smoke this is one of them..."
Delaney smiled and slowly sat up pushing off the couch and getting dinner ready for them "wonder if she remembers any of it...should we put her through counseling when she's older? I don't want things popping up...that would be awful..."
Miranda nodded and smiled as he wrapped up her thigh "Mmm I think you are enjoying that far more then you should be Tony." She teased and ran her hands through his hair "not that I mind..." She smiled and gasped in shock seeing Derrick's face in the window.
Krissy just felt sick. She wanted to curl up and hide. She didn't want a child. She didn't want to face her brother, she didn't want to go through what Laila had. She didn't want the child at all. She picked the horrid thing up and trashed it. "Nothing for now. It was probably defective. I'm on the pill." she said, shaking her head, trying to force herself to believe it. "I'll go for a check up tomorrow while you're at work, just to make sure."Laila sighed, tucking herself against him. "If she's pregnant, then we'll deal with that as it comes. Nothing is the end of the world. Every problem has a solution." She ran her hands gently over his face. "Just relax ok? Like you said, she has to make her own decisions now. And I don't want you getting stressed again." she said seriously, kissing his forehead. "There's no reason to worry over things that haven't even happened yet."
Brandon got up, going over to Lilly and helping her out with the blocks for a bit. "She was probably too young to remember it anyways." he said softly. "If it ends up causing problems later, then we might need to." He said softly. He got up to go help her.
Antony smiled softly, but didn't reply as he finished wrapping up the tattoo to keep it protected. "There you go babe…" He stood slowly, and then noticed how pale her face was. "Hon… you alright?" He asked softly, frowning in confusion. Something seemed to have scared her.
Daniel shook his head "I want to be there with you Kriss you shouldn't have to do that on your own..." He kissed her head "so what if you are?...do you believe in abortion or adoption I mean your a kid..." He was 17 and she was 16 definitely not parent material.Chris nodded and smiled lightky "your right, I don't need to stress about things I can't control. I want to contact Brandon let him know everything is good with you and Parker...and well that I'm awake now...man I feel like I missed a lot."
Miranda pointed a shaky finger at Derrick who stormed in the house "no...I think I'm going insane...or seeing ghosts..."
Ashley held him gently, cringing whenever Laila cried out, and she nodded slowly. "I know… thank you. I would be ever so lonely without you." She said seriously, sighing. She put the video on mute, so they could still watch Laila and talk to her, but they wouldn't have to listen to her scream. "I do want kids, Malibu, even though that looks horrible, I still want a family with you."
Antony sighed in relief when she rubbed the cream over his arm and he smiled then. "Thanks hon, that feels tons better." he said honestly, chucking his pants again. He nodded as he stepped in, handing her a bar of soap. He smiled lightly, running his thumb over a hickey on her neck. "That's a strange looking tattoo…" He teased.
