Arywn sighed softly. "Yes, it is different from grass, but the killing part is not. It's quick, I promise." She said, urging him to bring the root over. Jay frowned in confusion. "Do you mean to tell me that you yourself are the danger I need to be warned of?" He asked, worried for this girl. She looked so frightened.
Josh nodded slowly. "I'd like to. Thanks man." he said, actually smiling then.
Leon sighed and handed her the pot "I can't do it, you do it Arwyn..."Katherine nodded "the whole household! Either chain me up or please release me.."
Sam grinned "it'll be great! Ill write to my father."
Arwyn nodded, taking the root from him. She pulled it out and made quick work of it with the knife, dumping it into the pot. "Well, that's it. Think it'll work?"Jay shook his head firmly. "I can't let you go until you are better, and I will not chain up a woman like an animal." He said firmly. "If it would make you feel better, I can leave the room and lock the door after me."
Josh smiled. "After classes though, its almost time to head out again. Bell's going to ring any moment.

Arwyn smiled softly. "I heard it was invisibility potion, but there is only one way to find out..." She smiled, dipping in a cup. "Should I try it?" She asked. Jay frowned, immensely worried now. The sun was already setting and he didn't have any other present options. "You can not go until you are well, and you will not be chained, not by my hand. So what else would you have me do?"
Josh laughed. "You and me both bud. But what can we do? Bell's going to ring. We can't just skip..."
Leon shook his head "I'll do it, in case it is dangerous..." He insisted and gently took the cup from her and drank it down. The taste was fruity with a bitter after taste, he winced as he felt his whole body tingle as if it was asleep.Katharine felt the change starting within, she winced crouching back and closing her eyes "do you have a cage or kennel?...I don't know how I'm going to react tonight..."
Sam shrugged "who says we can't? There isn't any rules they just automatically suspect that one wouldn't think of it."
Arwyn watched him expectantly, wondering if it would work. "How do you feel?" She asked, watching him for any signs of a change. Jay nodded slowly. "We have a kennel out back, but I fail to see how that would be useful." He said, not understanding why she would want to see the kennel at this hour.
Josh nodded slowly. "I suppose you're right. So are we just going to skip then? Take a day off?"
Leon started to turn translucent very quickly, he disappeared except for his clothes "I feel tingly! And...numb?"Katherine quickly stood and gripped onto him "please take me quickly!"
Sam grinned and nodded "we shall go to the woods and explore!"
Arwyn laughed softly. "You're invisible! It worked!" She laughed. "Well... that does look interesting...." She commented, looking at the floating clothes.Jay sighed softly, wondering if she was a little insane. But he wasn't going to argue. "Ok. Ok I'll take you." He gently lead her out to the kennels, opening the door for her.
Josh laughed. "I'm all for it. Let's go!" He slipped his sweater over his head and headed for the door.
Leon bowed and laughed "I hope this does wear off! Or I'll be a floating outfit all day!"Katharine started to morph quickly turning into the grey wolf. She growled and skunk back to the corner not wanting to hurt anyone.
Sam laughed and grabbed his knapsack and quickly followed him.
Arwyn smiled. "Don't worry, you're already starting to fade back again." She looked down at the recipe. "Apparently you add two more mandrakes to make it last longer, and another diamond to make it permanent."Jay was startled, to say the least, when the girl suddenly just morphed into a wolf... did that mean she was a were wolf? Not wanting to be one himself, Jay backed up warily, worried she would bite him.
Josh walked outside and him, scanning the forest. "So, which direction shall we explore?"
Leon blinked as he felt himself solidify "who would want this to be permanant?" He asked shaking his head "it's not the most comfortable feeling..." Katharine turned away from him laying down and licking her wounds, she had warned him and now...he would have chained her up.
Sam scanned the path and pointed "this way!"
Arywn shrugged. "I don't know. I guess they just have it there as a precaution." She smiled. "It looked pretty cool though, when you were invisible."Jay stood in the door way, still rather stunned to be honest. He had known about witches, but he had never thought that shifters could be real... "So this is why you wanted to be locked up?" He asked softly.
Josh grinned, eager to explore, and followed after him eagerly. "Do you know where we are going?"
Leon laughed "or feels very strange! You may try it if youd like."Katherine wagged her tail weakly in response.
Sam laughed "no! But it's the shadiest part and a sunburn will give us away quickly!"
Arywn grinned. "Ok. I want to try it quickly." She said, dipping the cup in and taking in a sip. She grimaced. "Doesn't taste the best..." She shook her head. Jay sighed softly. "You should have just told me. It's ok, you know. My late wife was a witch." He said softly, closing his eyes. Saying 'late' hurt very much.
Josh nodded in agreement. "Makes sense I suppose." He smiled, following him through the curves of the forest. It was starting to get dark, and that was a bit eerie, but still cool... until a wolf howled in the distance and Josh shivered.

Katherine gently licked his hand in sympathy, she had lost the love of her life from a hunter that wanted a wolf pelt...
Sam frowned and watched the woods start to engulf them quickly, he tried to turn back but it was like a dark void kept him away.

Jay opened his eyes again and smiled weakly, moving his hand to slowly stroke her forehead. He sat down on a nearby bucket and sighed. "So what happened to you? Last night?" He asked softly, not sure how she would be able to respond, but he figured he would try.
Josh moved closer to Sam. "Uh... I'm not liking this very much anymore..." He whispered, as if there might be someone nearby to hear them. In fact, he couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched.
Leon laughed "you are very much invisible...just floating clothes!" He shook his head amazed and scratched in the parchment their results.Katharine nudged his hand motioning to her wounds and whimpering. She tried to focus her thoughts to him 'my tribe was attacked...'
Sam shook his head worriedly and lit a match trying to get light "maybe there's a reason they want to keep us out of here..."
Arwyn grinned. "Well, I think the teacher will be very happy with how we did. I think it worked very well." She commented as she started to fade back into existence again. Jay raised his eyebrows in surprise when he heard her voice in his mind. "So there is a whole tribe of you?" He asked softly, going to the cupboard to get out some salve and bandages.
Josh swallowed. "Maybe for a good reason..." he said, looking around, afraid. "What do you think is out there?" He asked softly.
Leon nodded and frowned trying to spell out the English words slowly, he looked up at her "I need help!"Katherine sighed 'there used to be...it's just me now...' She whimpered putting her head down 'have you ever wished you could just die?'
Sam swallowed "creatures of another world...my best friend was a witch..."
Arwyn smiled gently. "Of course." She came over and read the line slowly, running her fingers along the line as she read it. She made sure not to read too quickly. Jay sighed softly. "Yes, everyday for the past couple months." he whispered, coming back over to her. He pulled off the lid on the salve and dipped his fingers in. "This might sting at first." He said softly, rubbing the salve onto the first wound.
Josh gulped. "And what if they don't like us? What if they're vampires? Or werewolves? What if they attack us? What if they're evil faeries?" He was starting to look paler by the second.
Leon listened and nodded starting to understand "well...how would I write that?"Katherine jolted and yelped she whimpered slumping down 'what keeps you here?...'
Sam swallowed hearing cracking branches and freezing "we don't mean harm..." He whispered.
Arwyn smiled gently at him and picked up a pen. "Like this..." She said, slowly penning down the words. She handed him the pen then. "Now you try." She offered.Jay sighed, and kept rubbing the salve in, before winding the bandages around her. "My kids. And ... The memories." He said softly.
Josh scooted closer to Sam. "Yeah... Yeah... We're harmless!!!" He said, swallowing nervously.
Leon slowly copied her words and nodded starting to find patterns "very different...did your mother ever teach you her language?"Katharine whimpered as the bandages wrapped around. She sunk her head down "I have neither...'
Sam grabbed the knife from his backpack and peered into the shadows seeing red fiery eyes.
So do you have any ideas you want to do? :)
hm.... well not any specific plots currently, but I'm sure there's tons of options we could choose that we have not done yet, like time travel, dystopian worlds, and/or worlds with no magic at all. But I mean, I'm open to anything really :)
I'm brain dead :P I'm good with whatever you want to do, our rps are always fabulous and entertaining
lol no problem. I love our rps too! Wanna try a realistic one this time... or at least start it off that way... then if we want to add magic later, we can? With realistic plots, we could try any of the common ones:
kidnapping
Agents
friends next door
unwanted pregnancy
enemies, then friends,
etc.
And maybe we could try to do a little more detail in our replies? I enjoy it more when there is a little more detail to work off of :)

Yes yes :) I agree with the more detail, sometimes you just get busy however but I will work on it! What about like a combination? A girl gets pregnant from a one night stand that she's crushing on but he's a total jerk and her guy best friend loves her but really she sees him as a friend. Kind of like a midsummers night dream, plus the girl could have a friend that's a girl that the jerky guy does like.
Yeah, I totally understand. I'll have nights where I feel like writing pages, and other nights where I can barely get down a sentence, so glad we're on the same page. :) And sure! That sounds great!

Laila squinted in the sudden rush of sunlight as she opened her door and stepped outside onto the university commons. The trees were slowly turning red on the campus as it drew closer to thanksgiving break, and honestly, she was ready for some time off. So many weeks of boring lectures, more science. I mean, she loved biology, and she was passionate about becoming a doctor, but school was one thing she could do without. Tucking her short chestnut bangs behind her thrice pierced ear, she let out a slow breath and headed for building two: her first lecture of the day would be chemistry. ....
Luke woke up late to his alarm. Unlike the other kids he knew who could wake up at four, go work out, then go to lectures, he liked to sleep in until at least twelve before even moving. Groaning softly to himself, he let his legs swing off the bed and pulled himself into a sitting position. Rubbing his eyes, he stood and forced himself to start the beginning of another inevitably long day. Halfway through getting dressed, he checked his phone to see if he got any texts. Really, his close friends were the only thing that kept him going. And though he sometimes got made fun of for having girls for best friends, he didn't mind in the slightest.
Kenna groaned as her hand aimlessly fumbled for the boxy alarm clock that was always on the light chestnut wood nightstand. But what she felt instead was the last remains of a weeks worth of cigarettes in a tarnished ash tray. She slowly sat up covering her chest with the dirty pinstriped sheets, running a hand through her tousled blonde hair. The bed was empty next to her but there was still evidence of the crime taken place that night. Far too many bottles of wine littered the floor staining the wood floor a sickly red hue. She dug around through it trying to find her baby blue blouse and bleach washed jeans that she was wearing the night before for their 'study date'. Razor walked in far too confident exposed and wet from his morning shower "morning babe." He grumbled plopping on the bed watching her get dressed, such a hot little body but she was far too concerned with school and being miss perfect to ever be attractive to him, he got her wasted last night otherwise it wouldn't have happened.Kenna gave a shy smile her cheeks flushed red, why was he so hot in that bad boy way? He was a rebel in every sense of the word and she was drawn to that. She lived such a boring safe life she wanted to be wild and spontaneous like her best friend Laila. She grabbed her purse searching for her phone, texting both Luke and Laila she told them she wasn't going to make it to class that day. Ugh she had the worst headache! And was starving, but it didn't appear that Razor was going to be a gracious host that morning, Starbucks would have to do! Razor rolled his eyes "either come back in bed or get out, I don't need to deal with your perkiness this early..." He grumbled putting the pillow over his head. Kenna bit her lip and quickly just left, wow great way to lose your virginity...
Laila paused outside the building's large oak doors when a familiar buzz started up in her purse. Reaching in her hand to fumble around past lipstick, various makeup, and loose change, she finally found her phone and turned it on. The text was from Kenna, and a soft smile painted itself on her lips. When she read the message, however, she frowned a little. It wasn't like her to miss school... like ever. So what had happened. Her thumbs flew across the screen, typing in, "All ok, girl?" And she punched send. Then sticking her phone on silent, she put it away again and entered the school building, making her way to the back of the large classroom where she took a seat and pulled out her laptop. And not a moment too soon. The old, slightly haunched teacher had just taken out his notes, and peering at them down the edge of his nose he started to read. .....
The text didn't sit well with Luke either. He knew Kenna well enough to know that this was not normal. Something had to be up. Slipping his shirt on quickly, he smoothed his palms over it and ruffled his hair quickly, glancing in the mirror before he headed for the door. He didn't bother with breakfast as he left his dorm room and walked through the hallways of his building. As he did, he hit the call button on his phone, hoping Kenna would pick up. He knew something was wrong, and he would be there for her if she needed to talk, just like he always had been. He moved out into the fresh fall air on the commons and headed to the central area where he leaned against a tree, one hand in his pocket, and waited for her to pick up.
Razor rolled his eyes watching her leave, she wasn't that good anyways. Too timid and shy...he was surprised that she didn't start crying or something else baby-ish. Now her best friend is the one he wanted, sexy and full of attitude she cared about school too but wasn't a priss about it. He texted her quickly "hey sexy, want to have a study date tonight? Need help with my O Chem paper."Kenna saw her phone and sighed picking it up "Hey you, aren't you supposed to be in class?" She asked ordering her usual at the Starbucks and sitting outside under her favorite tree as the leaves flittered down making abstract patterns on the wooden picnic table. She glanced at her nails her hands still slightly shaking from everything that had happened. She didn't drink and yet downed a whole bottle by herself without a glass...ugh, she was paying for it now.
Halfway through the lecture, Laila grew bored and pulled out her phone discretely, hiding it in her book as she turned it on to check if Kenna had texted back. She really was worried about her friend. This whole situation was just so not her. She was surprised to get a text from Razor instead. Seriously? This again? She rolled her eyes, shaking her head as she quickly texted him back and stowed her phone away again. She was well aware of the fact that he didn't really want to study with her. Razor had an infamous reputation with girls. "Haha, very funny. I thought I made it clear that I don't want sex? Go find some other girl to hit on Razor. I'm busy." The teacher shot her a look, having noticed the phone, and Laila shrugged her apology, leaning back in her chair to listen to the rest of the lecture.

Luke found a smile forming on his face when he heard that familiar voice on the other line. Ironically, she asked why he was not in class. "Funny. I should be asking you that missy." He teased, shaking his head. But it was mild. He could hear even over the phone that she was tense about something. "But seriously. Where are you? I'll come over and we can talk about it." he offered, not even knowing what was wrong, but wanting to help in any way he could. He didn't like when she was down about anything. He brushed his bangs off his forehead as he waited for her reply.
Razor growled throwing his phone, he was not one to take rejection well. He could get any girl in bed with him except her...he even thought seducing her best friend would get her jealous or something. Ugh what a bitty! He smirked seeing Kenna's lace bra tucked under his pillow where she couldn't find it. He'd still have one bird trapped under his claw, it was obvious the girl was upsessed with him. Really pathetic he couldn't wait to break her heart.Kenna took a deep breath and bit her lip "Starbucks..." He knew something was wrong, Luke always knew somehow. She ran a hand through her blonde tresses tying it in a sloppy braid to the side "it might not be something you want to hear Luke...plus Lai is going to kill you for missing the Chemistry Lecture."
Laila smirked to herself as she thought of Razor's pathetic attempt at seducing her. Yes, he was a pretty boy, but he tried to hard, especially when it came to her. Laila shook her head, laughing inwardly. He thought all girls were sluts, and that was his biggest downfall. Laila didn't take many things seriously. She was reckless, and drawn to anything that included danger. Except when it came to relationships. Love was the one thing that she took seriously, and that was partially because her parents had divorced when she was thirteen, and she didn't want that to happen to her. So despite the obvious enticing parts of Razor, she kept him at an arms length from her heart. Looking around then, she noticed that Luke was also not here, and she frowned softly. What was with everyone skipping today?....
Luke pushed himself off the tree and started to walk immediately. He was heading for the closest Starbucks to the school property. Also the most popular spot for kids to hang out. Her comment made him nervous. "Then I most definitely want to hear it." he said seriously, a slight frown knitting on his forehead. Something was most definitely wrong. He hung up then, as he caught sight of her outside Starbucks. Slowing his jogging to a leisurely walk, he slid his hands in his pockets and grinned, pulling out a chair and spinning it around so he could sit on it backwards. "So. Wassup?"
Razor sighed trying to think of another way to woo her, apparently being straight forward wasn't working. He wanted her, she challenged him and made him crazy! he grabbed his phone and texted her "what do I have to do?"Kenna smiled as he sat on the chair "hey...so you can't do any judging faces or say anything...this is super humiliating and I have a hangover..." She grumbled taking a sip of her coffee "I don't want to drink ever again...I dontbeven remember last night..."
Laila was packing up her laptop and textbooks into her bag again after the lecture when her phone buzzed. Sighing a little in annoyance, she pulled out her phone and balanced it with her books, reading the text. It surprised her really, that he had actually gone so far to ask her what he could do. She thought he was shallow enough that he would just give up and move to someone else. Laila sighed, deciding that for trying, he deserved an honest response. "Sorry Razor..." She texted back. "When I am ready for a relationship, I want it to be a real one, not just cheap sex." She hit send and put her phone away again, heading outside to grab some lunch. Luke hitched one eyebrow up high when she said he couldn't judge her, and he grew more curious. However, he didn't laugh or smile, but just stayed serious, listening to her as he knew she needed. "So you got hammered." he said simply, nodding. That in itself was something unusual for her, and he knew it probably meant she had done something she regretted. He couldn't judge her for that. It wasn't like he had never been drunk before. "So what happened?" He asked gently, genuine concern on his features.
Razor blinked reading her text, he was going to try one more time "dinner? No sex. I swear." He texted really meaning it, he never thought any girl would make him feel like that, he would avoid sex if that's would make her want to be with him. Kenna sighed and nodded "I lost my virginity...with Razor..." She mumbled her face blooming bright red and she chewed on the small coffee straw and sighed "I feel cheap and pathetic...not good, he was good but i probably disappointed him...I just don't want to face anyone..."
Laila headed to the Pizza Pizza across the street from campus and ordered a double slice combo, choosing a can of diet Pepsi and a bag of Mrs. Vickies to go with. Then she plopped down on one of the plastic red restaurant chairs in a huff, twisting one of her earrings before she dug into her food. She pulled out her phone again to check the messages, and raised a brow when she saw Razor's most recent message. This guy was desperate! She huffed, knowing it would be rude to say no. "Yeah sure. But seriously. I'll kick you in the crotch if you try anything." She hit send, and then typed in another text quickly. "Oh and Razor? Just a tip. Hard to get is usually more desirable than desperate." She sent that message too, and then bit into her pizza. .....
Luke felt as if she had punched him in the gut, but he didn't let his hurt show on the surface. He didn't know why that had wounded him so much... well... actually he did know. He just denied it. Huffing out long and slow as he raked one hand through his short brown hair, he shook his head. "Rough." He said softly. "I'm sorry that happened." he moved closer to her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders gently, comfortingly. For right now was not about his own hurt, but hers, and he knew he had to try and make her feel better about all this.
Razor growled and wanted to text back about him screwing her best friend the night before but decided just to leave it alone. He got dressed and shook out his shaggy hair before heading out to his first class.Kenna snuggled with him and sighed tears coming out of her eyes "it was such a mistake...Razor can be such a jerk...it hurt and I wish I could take it back Luke..."
Laila shook her head slowly, wondering how on earth she was going to survive tonight. If razor did anything whatso ever, she would be outta there in a flash. She was almost open to him trying something, only if it would give her a chance to get out of there. There was no way in her mind that she would actually be ensnared b his charms. Laila finished her pizza and opened the Pepsi as she left the place. She sipped it walking across the commons at a leisurely pace, as she had no more lectures until tomorrow.Luke bit his lip, hating to see her like this, hating that it happened. He had no right to get mad at Razor, and it hadn't been Kenna's fault entirely either. So he just held her, running one hand through her hair gently. "It's in the past, Kenna, don't dwell on it anymore." He whispered, holding her close to him. "I'm really sorry it happened, but let's move forward, ok?"
Katherine shook her head "no...I have to go, you are in danger with me here...please..." She begged her face white with fear "listen to me!"
Sam pat his shoulder "come home with me, meet my parents."
