Paula Warrington | 1 comments This was a humorous British children's story about a large working-class family, told by one of the daughters. It may have been in diary form (Adrian Mole style). I must have encountered it around 1978/79, but I have a feeling it was set earlier (? post-war). It was about everyday family life: the only thing I recall clearly is that the family dog got bundled up and taken on walks in a pram!

*EDIT After more Googling, I think this was "Private - Keep Out!" by Gwen Grant.*

You can "bump" your thread every month or so. This pushes your thread back to the top of the folder instead of languishing here on page 92 from two months ago where fewer eyes will see it. Get back in the game! Bump!
You can do this by typing a new comment at the end of the thread, or even by typing the word "bump."
Good luck!
