Jessica | 2 comments This is historical fiction set in England or Scotland. The hero has a mistress who might or might not be hiding a son from the hero. The heroine is eventually captured by the mistress and her minion who take her to a cottage. The man is given permission to rape her, but doesn’t after noticing that she is bleeding after having her start to strip. She’s newly pregnant and assumes she might be miscarrying. (She doesn’t end up miscarrying).
I’ve been searching my library but I can’t find it. Thanks!

You can "bump" your thread every month or so. This pushes your thread back to the top of the folder instead of languishing here on page 92 from two months ago where fewer eyes will see it. Get back in the game! Bump!
You can do this by typing a new comment at the end of the thread, or even by typing the word "bump."
Good luck!

Amber (Daisymau) (daisymau) | 1119 comments I think Patricia Pellicane has a book like this. I just can't remember the title.
