I want to learn more about mental health and illness as well as overcoming it.

This is about my fifth or sixth time participating in the online clubs book reading for the semester and every semester the books get better and better. They always teach me that there is something more to be done and to never give up hope in what it is that I want to accomplish.
My advice to the new members joining the group would be to make sure you actually read the book. There is always something in there that can help you in whatever you're doing. Also to make sure your participate in the online discussions. There's always something worth learning from your peers.
Have a good read everyone and I will see you when the book is finished

Hello Maria, Julianna, Sheelia, Aniyah, and Everyone else after!
I enjoyed reading the information before me.
Introducing myself, my name is Shayquana Elliott and I am looking to pursue my masters. I am currently an online student and my major is business. I graduated in 2018 and look to further my education in order to further my career and heighten my salary. I have participated in the Online Book Club plenty of times before and look forward to each one that I could be a part of. It has been a learning experience for me not only from the information within the books but from the communication from our peers within the discussions as well. Hearing the thoughts and ideas from others always is such an incredible thing for it allows others to think of concepts they’ve never considered before, or it allows them to expand their mind at a greater volume than ever before. Also, my tips for newcomers is to divide the chapters or number of pages to the amount of time given to complete the book, in order to be successful with finishing the book. As well as, reply within the timeframe of the discussion and as often to peers as possible, especially if you’re looking to have effective communications back and forth. Lastly, keep in mind that mental illness is a very sensitive topic; so with the questions asked, there is no right or wrong answer, people have their own entitled opinions and their own individual experience dealt or dealing with Mental Illness. Take care for now and I can’t wait to receive and review the book.
