Book name: Keith suter’s local notebook

The book has been listed several times, but sometimes it’s been named incorrectly (using the byline instead of the title) so a combination is needed, and the name corrected.

Done. Note that one of the Local Notebook editions is set to merge by the supers so I haven't changed the name.
