I really don't like introductions because I am not sure what to say, but just jumping in and commenting is not how I like to do things either. I will keep this short and simple, and I hope you will get to know more about me and vise versa through interacting with each other in this group. My name is Sarah, and I am a beginner when it comes to writing in a creative and story-telling kind of way. Please go easy on me because I am also a sensitive person; it's my weakness I guess.

Welcome, Sarah! We're glad to have you here. No need to worry about criticism; we only give it if asked and only in a positive manner. We won't be bashing anyones writing. Everyone here is really nice, so no need to be shy.
Being sensitive is an artist thing, I think. Every artist I know is deeply affected by reviews; it's because you pour your soul into your work. That is a very good trait to have.
I can't wait to read some of your writing!

I'm in the same boat as you Sarah! I think I'm an okay-ish writer and this group has already helped me a LOT with my growing skills and novels!

Hello everyone!My name is Meghan and I just turned 25 again (15 years running!). Have a bit of a writing disease.. if I don't write enough, my posts (and pretty much everything else I put on paper/blogs/fb/GR) gets stupidly wordy and long.

My favorite genre is fantasy, because you can do so much with it, but I dabble in pretty much anything that isn't romance. Does this group support poetry, or should I find another group for that? I don't primarily write poetry, but I've started and I could use some tips. It's truly atrocious.
