So in one of the books, there's a group of girls and a group of boys who kinda have a war going on with each other. I think the girls had their base camp at one of the girl's grandmas house who owned chickens and the boys had this treehouse they set up in the forest.
Another detail I remember which might've been in the sequel was that the girls and boys were at some sort of summer camp and they had cabins on opposite sides of the camp. There was a prank war going on between them, one group put itching powder in the other group's rooms so in retaliation (I think it was the girls?) who then put something in the boy's shower (like some sort of colour dye, I'm not too sure). And there was some drama in the girl group, because there was a new girl there who was like invited into their group but the mc didn't like her very much for some reason even though the girl was really nice, but I think they ended up bonding and becoming friends.
This was in the kids section at the library and I don't really remember much other than these random details."
