In this coming of age novel, Lettie and Bert squeak by in a tiny town on Cape Cod, one parent an alcoholic and the other absent. After a string of bad decisions on Lettie’s part, their father ships them to their barely remembered mother for the summer, where they will learn hard lessons about themselves, their family, and their future by way of the Florida swamp. Throughout Lettie keeps her biting humor flowing, her razor-sharp pen at the ready, and her eye on her quest for a “normal” life.

Be Careful What You Wish For.
It Just May Be Given To You.
Many nights in the Greenwood Orphanage, visions of the loving parents flood the dreams of 15-year-old Graham. But these same dreams quickly dissolve into haunting nightmares. Just when Graham thinks he will escape the darkness of his mind, he wakes up only to find that the supernatural elements he imagined have manifested in real life.
In an effort to control his unexplainable power and protect those around him, Graham goes in search for the one man who may hold the answers he needs. That is until he wakes up and finds himself bound, with his head shrouded in a black hood. He wishes he could just go back, but it’s too late. Nightmares seem the least of his worries now as ropes cut deeply into his wrists.
What is this group called Aegis? Why do they seem to have similar supernatural powers as him? And what do they want with him? With Graham’s power is becoming more unpredictable with each turn of events, he questions whether knowing the truth is worth risking everything—even his own life.
Aegis is a Young Adult Urban Fantasy Thriller that is sure to keep you turning the pages until the surprising end.

Is friendship worth protecting when your best friend is with your soul mate?
I am not like everyone else. I have dreams, visions of past lives, that haunt even my waking hours. My past lives are filled with danger, deceit, and fleeting moments of love. And they are beginning to rule every moment of my present one. Since meeting Eric, they have only grown stronger. They are telling me something I cannot ignore: that he and I belong together.
I know it sounds crazy, but I can’t help believing these visions are real. There must be a reason for them. But what does it mean when they show me horrible things? What does it mean when they tell me not to trust my best friend?
I may not have much, not the greatest family or many friends, but I do have a best friend whom everyone adores. Aurora is kind, pretty, and popular, and we have been inseparable since childhood. Since she began dating Eric, though, things have changed between us. Aurora doesn’t deserve Eric, or my friendship.
But what if I’m wrong? What if I’m crazy? Is believing the impossible a sign that I am losing my mind, or could ignoring these visions be dangerous?
