My name is Anna. I'm 14 years old, come from Denmark and aspire to once become an author. I love everything creative, not only writing, but drawing and photography too.
Hello everyone! I'm Marie, and I love to read, and write. I'm 13 (soon to be 14) and i live in Denmark. Simple as that! I read YA (duh), mostly fantasy and romance! Nice to meet y'all! :D
Welcome everyone! I love to see so many new people. Also, it's so great that we have non-native English speakers here. I, tragically, only speak English so I'm always impressed with those who not only speak more than one language, but can understand it well enough to read novels and write about them in that language.
Hello everyone. I'm not exactly sure how this works. I've never joined a group on goodreads, but what better group to join than a YA book club. I'm 17 years old and I'm currently living in North Carolina. You can read my "about me" if you're so interested, but basically I'm a major bookworm and aspiring writer. I'd love to meet some fellow book lovers and discuss books, of course :)
Hey! My names Leah and I am very new to this. I downloaded the app for Goodreads and so far I have enjoyed it. I am not sure how it works so any advice would be great!! I cannot wait to join in chats and read books with all of you! I am so excited to be in this book club.
Welcome Leah! The best I can say is explore! Goodreads is pretty easy to navigate when you get the time to just sit and explore it.
Hello everyone :)My name is mayra , I am 22 and live in California. I love reading and hope to one day publish a book(s). I like to blog and tend to cyber stalk bloggers :/...Jk...please feel free to suggest books or blogs:)
Hi, my name is Bethany. I'm 17 years old. I love this website so much because I have found soo many books that I probably wouldn't have found otherwise. I love reading and could sit alone and read for days. As of right now, I don't even have a particular favorite genre of books. Since joining this website, I've decided to open my mind and try different types. I am a part of a few other groups on here and I wanted to join this one for future discussions and whatever else I find. I didn't want to join a group with a lot of members, but this is one of the best ones I have seen so I'll see how it goes! (:
Hi ALL,I'm =
Retired.
Married.
No children.
Two cats.
My debut YA Paranormal/Time Travel/First Kiss romance novel entitled "I Kissed a Ghost" is a sweet story which will also appeal to preteens. Don't take my word for it, read the review my book got from Micki Peluso on Amazon.com
I Kissed a Ghost
I am Mary Beth and I love to read YA, historical fiction, fantasy, and mysteries. I like everything else too, but those are my favorites.
Hello group! My name is Shalena and I run the blog Writer Quirk. YA is my preferred type of fiction and I'm an aspiring YA author. I'm glad I found this book club (through Angela's blog) and am excited to talk YA books wit you! ^_^
Hi, I am new to this group (obviously) and I want to introduce myself. I LOVE Young Adult books, even though everyone else my age hates to read. I have a blog with my two friends and you can visit it by clicking here .Most of my time is spend reading, talking about books, or blogging about books. I am also an aspiring writer. I have plenty of ideas, but I am having trouble putting them into words. The free time that I don't use reading, I use playing tennis and learning Spanish.
I am really excited for this group, and I can't wait to starting posting.
You will be hearing more from me!
Hey everyone, name's Rodney. I'm 17 and I've always been interesting in novels. I guess my interest in young adult novels stems from my novel i'm writing (Not gonna advertise it here don't worry it's not even close to done) and writing my chapters on here while reading what other's recommend about the genre helps me out a lot, especially with my school studies. Welcoming any friend invites!Rodney O.
Hi everyone, I'm SnapeFan4Life. I'm 25 and I read YA fantasy/sci-fi pretty much whenever I find a new book cover I think is pretty or I read a great premise. I'm the one at the library with an oversized bag crammed full of books with my arms full of more books. I am a NaNoWriMo-er and usually write the same thing I read -- YA fantasy/sci-fi. I'm also a TV buff and love anything by Joss Whedon. I'm a Potterhead, as you can tell from my username. I'm addicted to book blog hop giveaways. And...I recently made a pair of book earrings to sport my love affair in public. Looking forward to April's book since I just finished reading Unearthly and really enjoyed it! Thanks for creating what looks like a fantastic group.

Hello my name is Genesis. I have been named the Bookworm in the family for a reason. I just love to read, especially YA books. I love to read any type of books( mostly YA and romances). I'm just going to turn 14 and I hope to find more books from this year. I live in California and I'm currently in Algebra 1 in which I'm proud of. My pet peeve is that I'm VERY competitive. Hey, everyone! My name is Loretta and I write and read all kinds of YA (and everything else I can get my hands on!). My debut, The Witch Collector, is a paranormal mystery/thriller with a bit of romance, and was released this week (!!) from HarperTeen as a digital original Impulse book. As far as reading goes, my favorite series is Holly Black's Curse Workers and Cassie Clare's City of.... books. I also like Divergent by Veronica Roth. Contemporary authors I love include Jennifer Echols and Sarah Dessen.
Kim wrote: "Hi everyone! And welcome. I hope you have a great time here. I hope you join our book discussion, SnapeFan4Life. We're always looking for new people to run them too if you'd like. Just let us ..."Cool! I've posted a tiny bit in one of the Unearthly threads so I need to go back and write a bit more -- I enjoyed it, which I wasn't expecting!
Hello, I'm Dan. I've been lurking in the background for a few months, and thought it was time to finally get active in this group. I read the discussions most days while I'm at work. I should be working, but that's a whole other story. Feel free to add me as a friend or recommend a book, I crave bookish contact. Being surrounded by friends, colleagues, family members, who's reading list only reflect the magazine section at Morrison's!
Anyway get in touch, I'd love to talk to you.

Hey there, my name is Ayla and I've finally gotten back into reading. The bad thing about the Internet is that it's addictive, and it takes me away from my beloved book without me realising XD. But I've got my head screwed back on and I'm ready to get back into it. I read mostly fantasy based book, young adult, distopian, sci if and horror. I love looking for new books that I'd like to read and because of that my list of to read books is longer than my read books XD
This is my first group I've joined on good reads but I look forward to discussing!!!
Stay safe xxx

HI, my name is Jonathan and I'm a debuting YA author with gray hair, a white dog (a Maltese named "Ruby," naturally) and two daughters with raging red tempers (17 and 14). I love YA for two reasons: 1) It's the fertile soil for truly important stories (think, "Feed," "Huck Finn," "Kidnapped," etc.) that usually speak from one core question: In a complex, corrupt and dangerous world, how does a young person navigate him or herself into adulthood with any sense of dignity? (I'm pushing 50 and still trying to figure this one out); 2) YA readers are so damned smart. Young people, by definition, don't have a great deal of experience, but they do come equipped with excellent BS detectors. Their passion, curiosity and intense distaste for BS make them (us) ideal readers.
I look forward to (virtually) meeting you.
Hi, I'm Kayla and I just love YA books. Anyone is welcome to friend me and ask book recommendations.
BoOk LoVeR wrote: "Hi, I'm Kayla and I just love YA books. Anyone is welcome to friend me and ask book recommendations."Kayla: Well, I DO want to ask you. Do you have 2 or 3 favorite realistic YA novels? (By "realistic," I simply mean "not fantasy" or vampires, zombies or werewolves, oh my...)
