I can't see the vid but yea probably. I did like Sorscha but honestly I do feel once Dorian is freed (cuz he MUST be freed) I feel he will get over her eventually. Perhaps the biggest (and somehow best) disappointment is that the ship of Chaol and Celaena is pretty much sunk from the moment Aelin and Chaol meet each other again. He's an outright dick to her for much of the novel, and it becomes rapidly clear that while Chaol did love Celaena, he could never love Aelin. And, anyway, Aelin was no longer his to love.

Because, yes, my fellow Rowaelin shippers, Rowan and Aelin turn their deep friendship into a steamy romance in this book. It helped very much to heal the wound that would have been Chaol and Aelin's break up, because, after last book, I wanted her to want Rowan so, so badly. Chaol who? This book also hopefully teases another pairing I am fully ready to get behind: Dorian and Manon. Please, please, please, and you'll understand why when you read. (hide spoiler)]

okay all, maybe it's best to just chill for awhile. Obviously a ship sails in QoS, and some people aren't going to like it. I have every confidence that SJM can sell it. So please don't judge the book until you actually READ it! And remember one of the rules REMAIN CIVIL, please. Why are people fighting over characters and other people's opinions of the characters and the author? Let it be. Please.

I just messaged the person who wrote the review and they were very sad that people were attacking SjMaas, her, and the book. I totally believe her in regards to the review being real. It's only the people who are sad about Chaol that are denying things

I'm in the middle of re-reading HOF to freshen up before QOS, and I forgot how brutal Rowan could be. I mean I like the guy and all, but there's such a stark difference between him, Dorian, and Chaol. It'll be interesting to see who Aelin chooses. Each of the three compliment different aspects of her personality.

For me personally I choose Rowaelin. BrOTP or OTP either one because he's the one who finally forced her to rediscover herself and find her true path in the world. If she had stayed with Chaol or Dorian for that matter, she never would have changed and would have stayed the same. Chaol is like the ex that doesn't want you to change yourself because of selfish reasons. Rowan is the one who encourages you to be the best version of yourself.

I think at this point she wouldn't be changing anything in QoS because it releases in less than a month. I'm sure she was anticipating some people being upset no matter what because there are so many ships for this series, however I think this book is going to be amazing regardless of romantic choice and as another person said, Sarah will more than likely sell it beautifully! :)

She said she was already in the middle of writing the fifth book and Aelin has chosen by that point. so I hope she will remain true to that as well.
