um don't you remember when she clawed him in the damn face and was going to kill him had dorian not prevented her. and also chaos isn't as loyal as you may think. remember with nehemia and how he knew that she was target of an assassination but didn't say anything to celaena. he wasn't being loyal to his friend and he basically brought on everything thats shitty between the two them by himself.

Em, it's okay to disagree with an author. But I don'g think the best way to express it is to say things like "She is not staying true to her characters" or "She changed the plans", because at the end of the day she wants to tell us a story and we have to let her do it the best way she can and think it's right. No one tells you to not disagree, it's fine, it's healthy, but hey: no one knows better than the author.

Ale, I think books belong to their readers once they are published and despite the fact that the story belongs to the author, not always they know what's best. That's what makes literature so interesting for me.

The comments in this thread lead me to believe Aelin is gonna end up with Rowan. That is not what I wanted but oh well, I'll still read the books they are great, and as long as Dorian is saved by the end I'll be fine.
