Yep, same author as Monstrumologist. I'm excited to read this one but I want to finish Monstrumologist first.

I loved the Monstrumoligist series but thought the Fifth Wave was just ok. I will likely read book two in the series though since it was just interesting enough for me.

I have all the Monstrumologist books, but have yet to get on them. That said, I recall thinking the first of this series different. I'd recommend it. It's got the same feel as THIS IS NOT A TEST (and I loved that one, too)
