M_booksmart | 8 comments So I believe the book was published in the 90's or onwards. I'm specifically looking for the sequel since I never read the first book. The cover art displayed a body of water, a dragon, and a woman (The cover art looks more modern and colorful than the artwork from "the dragonriders of pern"). I believe in the second book the woman loves guy A she got to know and travel with in the first book but there is another guy (guy B) interested in her as well (I think he is a flirt?). I think there is a castle as a setting in the beginning(also a wizaed who helps with her training) but most of the story focuses on her going back in time where she meets the guy(guy B) she wasn't interested in earlier but he's younger (or immortal so he basically looks the same)...fantasy action plot stuff ensues. In the end I remember she goes back to her present timeline where guy B looks sad as he states that he was the one who met her first (which I think references back to a comment where guy A said he is glad he met her first). Any help is appreciated! Been wondering for years what book this is.

M_booksmart | 8 comments When she goes back to her present timeline, Guy B is from her present timeline not the past timeline.

Raz | 87 comments I read all four books and I didn't even realise there were four of them, they all just muddled together in my brain. :) I'd say if you liked the third best to start again back at the beginning and read all four. It makes things make a little more sense. I'm actually surprised that the third managed to stand alone.
