Can I Hide A Cover If A Book Is Not Yet Published?

Is it possible to delete or hide a cover if the book is not yet published?

Has the cover been distributed on any advanced reader copies, either ebook or physical format? Has it been distributed to any readers, like in your blog or through email newsletters?

Not at all and I need to get it down before the reveal.
