Oh I agree! The murder was so.. silly. It was so damn easy, I wanted to punch Bruno. I mean, why was there no suspense? And how could it have been so sudden and without protest. Luck takes one only so far. -_-

And that didn't even sound like the Miriam Guy was talking about! Sure she didn't seem very sensible but she didn't sound like that either. Bruno's description sounded more like a girl with her boyfriend in a bunch of high school kids. So annoying how easy that was!

I was hoping that it'd turn out that she was a different Miriam. In fact, even until the next day when Guy found out. I thought maybe he'd not get the call at all and blah blah and suddenly Bruno would call him to tell him abut it and then it'd turn out that it was the wrong Miriam. That would've been a little shock at least!
I think there's so many things absurd about the book in only so far that I am in no hurry to complete it anymore :\

The book isn't slow, it's mundane actually. Undramatic as of yet.

But know what Ipshi? Helen (the crime group buddy?) she tells me she liked the book when she read it the first time. So I guess it must get good later. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

And Abhay praises the author immensely. It's called The Prisoner of Birth. I wanted to do it so I told them I'll start tonight. Would you join too? :)
