Please solve this author issue

I wanted to edit the second author's name from ` Darrell Schroeter` to ` Darrell F. Schroeter` and add his official website (http://people.reed.edu/~schroetd/) to the author page.

But now I don't understand why it shows "Oops - we couldn't find that author."
And if I try to go to `edit details` of these books, it shows `Page Unavailable`.
Please solve this issue.

if you get the 'Page Unavailable' message, just wait a day as nearly always the issue solves itself within a day.

Though the page is again available now, the second author was deleted. So, I added the author again.
Problem is solved.
