The King of Torts--John Grisham

I read this book a few months back and thought it was truly wretched. I hated the main character and didn't care much for his girlfriend. Did anyone else read this book? I've read several Grisham books and really enjoyed them, I'm almost afraid to read another one. I kept thinking "it has to get better, this guy has to become likeable at some point" but he never did!

I tried, but I gave up halfway through. I hated it, found the main character to be flat and unbelievable...

I read it, but I dont even remember it. I've read all Grisham, except his latest and there are definitely some bad ones in the bunch.

i read most of john grisham's books until i realized that they were all the same... new lawyer uncovers dirty deeds, life threatened, saves the day, bad guys go away.

it seems like he's just crapping out books to stay on his publisher's schedule.
