I'm glad the cult wasn't the reason for the murders, the organ "donor" thing was more realistic, which I liked. I kinda had a suspicion that that was the case because the cult trope has been overdone. I'm glad there was a twist! Overall, really enjoyed this one! (hide spoiler)]

Like Leslie asking if she has any family or heart problems, and if she's inquisitive. Maybe Jules' friend was right and it's a cult, haha.

(view spoiler)[I don't trust Nick he is way too nice to Jules. Ingrid didn't left, something happened to her for sure! If she left she would at least answer or read her messages. I think it's second disappearance at least! Girl who was in 12A left without a word to Ingrid as well and I think that girl (missing girl) on flyer could be same case but she had someone who is looking for her. Maybe that's why Leslie asked Jules if she has any family. (hide spoiler)]

Very intriguing, I still have no idea what to think.
(view spoiler)[I find Nick quite suspicious too, especially since he seemed annoyed that Ingrid thought the building was frightening and he asks Jules to tell him if she feels the same. Plus, I still haven't forgotten about the bolted door in his apartment, or the alleged storage space on the 12th floor & stairwell to the roof.
Oh, and Dylan! Weird behaviour.
I get the sense that Leslie and Nick might be in on something, since she took Jules to him after she cut her arm. I mean what building manager disturbs a resident when someone has a cut?

I like that it's really keeping me guessing. I have a lot of theories, but not sure about anything, unless I'm missing something obvious.
(view spoiler)[Last couple of chapters were really gripping, with the phone and Erica, and the video. And now Greta and the signed books! If I knew this was paranormal, I'd say maybe she's the woman who killed the maid and is using some sort of ritual to survive, haha. À la Elizabeth Báthory.

And such a horrible reasoning for what they were doing, that one person's life was worth more than another's. Especially when they basically killed a young person to prolong an old person's life by a few years.
I was surprised Greta got away. I wish she hadn't, even if she didn't give Jules away.

This first quarter only contained days six and five but everything about the Bartholomew already felt eerie. 1,000$ for a week to apartment sit though? I'd definitely say yes! (hide spoiler)]

Second quarter - (view spoiler)[Hmmm, where has Ingrid gone? I, like Jules, definitely don't believe she just walked out on 10 grand of pay. I have no clue what is really occurring though.

The history of the hotel is very tragic and that, combined with the current fire and the generations of families who have resided here, leads me to believe that there is some sort of cover up. Are they taking in these young and impoverished people to play some sort of sick game with them? Or are they being killed to keep the secrets of this place intact? (hide spoiler)]
