3h 1m left, just finsihed the chapter Beating a Dead Witch.

But also, there was never a really good time to say it after Reid found out she was a witch and told her that she wasn't his wife. I'm very happy that Reid and Ansel are going to look for Lou, though! (hide spoiler)]

Never saw Reid being able to see magic patterns at all, especially when it's been believed up until now that males can't practice magic. I'm so glad that Lou is alive right now but I still have 30 minutes left and I feel like ANYTHING could happen now that Jean Luke is here to cause trouble (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[REID. What a softie. 10/10 for Reid's soft glances at Lou and sly smiles. I'm so happy he came to his senses, realized Lou was the love of his life, and saved her from Morgon by killing the archbishop by using magic. I have no idea where the story will go from here, but I'm excited to find out. I just wish we didn't have to wait until 2020

I love Lou, like almost everyone on this thread do far, lol, she's already the best. I also like Reid, but he needs a lot of growing. (view spoiler)[ I'm loving this so much. It's my second read of the year, but I know that if it keeps on being this good, it's going to be in my top 10, lol. I love all the characters so so much and this romance is kinda progressing... and I really really like it. I like how it's not super fast because I was actually worried about that. And also, I respect Ansel so much for respecting that Lou is a witch. I hope (along with Lou) that Reid can do the same. He needs to let go!!

On the other hand, the book is so fast paced to me which I also really like. When new things aren't being discovered, the characters are talking, and since I love all the characters, it's the perfect pace. (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

I loved this SO SO MUCHHHHH. It was not the best book ever, but it was so enjoyable.

(view spoiler)[Lol you're so right. Everyone is after Lou, which means something has to go wrong while she's with Coco's coven. Lou is already worried someone from the blood witches will try something, so I think something will make Lou and the gang leave Coco's aunt behind quickly. I think Coco will end up with Beau, mostly because everyone talks about how young Ansel is. I'm hoping Beau has a chance to grow as a character in the next book (hide spoiler)]

I thought the scene with Lou taking away the pain of the witch was amazing. And of course I noticed what Reid was saying. That she was in so much pain until he held her hand. That's love right there. (view spoiler)[ Loved this book! Perfectly paced and told. I couldn't stop reading. I'm excited that this is a duology. I'm hoping it's as good if not better than this one. I love how Coco was the one who got to Morgane. Like how dare you hurt my friend? Also, I can't tell if she likes Lou in a romantic way or if she'll end up with Beau or even Ansel or is she likes them all. I thought the ending was perfect. Obviously her aunt is an expert at blood magic. No one wants to mess with her. I wonder if there are other types of magic. Lastly, so Reid is a witch too. I'm sure Ansel and the other Diggory's were abandoned. Or maybe not. But say they were. Then that means that some of the Chasseurs are killing their family. (hide spoiler)]
