Omg! I remember my teacher reading us The Wind in the Willows in primary school. I should reread it I don’t remember any of it at all.

Grace and Zaiyah!
Some recommendations for graphic novels:
1. Piper
It’s simple, pretty illustrations, not too long. Kind of haunting.
2. Fence, Volume 1
It’s technically a comic but all collected vols count as graphic novels so...
It’s got LGBT+ characters, drama, a looot of fencing and HOT GUYS. Did I mention great art? It’s very addictive. You’ll probably rip through vol 2 and 3 as well.
3. Through the Woods
It’s a collection of 5 short stories (might be 6, can’t remmeber). It’s a little creepy but beautifully drawn and mysteriously written. If youre squeamish this might not be for you.
4. Drama
I haven’t read this yet but I really want to (notice how I put it on every book of the month poll😂). It’s got a lot of positive reviews and I think it has LGBT+ characters as well.
5. Skyward, Vol. 1: My Low-G Life
This is also technically a comic but in its collected form it counts as a graphic novel. I reeeally want to read this because it looks so cute and fun so if you do end up reading it tell me what you think!
Alternatively you can ignore me and check out this list instead: https://www.epicreads.com/blog/29-ya-...

You should totally reread it. If you are someone who is fond of nature , soothing sound of river and country life , this will be right up your alley. :)
Chapter Chat I thought from the synopsis it sounds kinda boring. Things always seem better when your looking nostalgically back through rose-tinted glasses. But I do love nature so maybe I will give it a try!

That is honestly the best reaction to a book anyone can ever have😂😂

For task #8 it says a book with a supernatural character/love interest. Does that mean the love interest has to also be a supernatural character? Or does it mean that the book has to have either a supernatural character or a love interest even if they're not supernatural? Or does it mean that the book has to have a love interest and a supernatural character?
None of the above😂 It means that it has to have a supernatural character or a supernatural love interest. I probably should have written it in a less confusing way!
I do not think I have any LGBTQ books and honestly I am not interested in this type of genre! Everything else I can do! Is that okay or not!
Totally ok Irina! It’s not a really a genre I read either to be honest. You can replace it with something else if you like😊 but if you’re willing to give the genre a try I definitely recommend the graphic novel Fence. It’s great, I love it!!

I mean I wouldn’t class it as a graphic novel. I would say it’s more of a book with illustrations in it. I can recommend you some graphic novels if you’re not sure what to read!

Sure! I'd like that. Just it would be quite difficult to get my hands on a graphic novel...
My recommendations: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Maybe leave that one till the end then. Or try finding it online as opposed to in a library or whatnot. Graphic novels aren’t so bad as ebooks! (It’s how I read all my books😂) if it’s really impossible to find then you can change that task with something else if you like. The challenge is flexible like that😊

It's actually easier for me to read ebooks! The first book I read was an ebook!♥ Al's I'm trying to cut back on buying books nowadays. Is it possible to get a graphic novel PDF?
@Fangirl as far as I know it’s not possible to purchase a pdf version. But if you have an ePub version of a book it can be converted into a PDF. I think actual ePub ebooks are better, though, because there’s too much zooming in when reading PDFs (in my opinion). That was probably the least helpful answer sorry😂 maybe look it up online.
@Jessica it depends. Single issues of manga don’t count but if they’re collected into a volume then they do. Same with comics!

This website is pretty great: https://m.comixology.com
It’s amazon’s comic store. Pretty sure it supports purchases in the ePub format but I might be wrong I’ve never actually used it. It has a wide variety and good deals right now because of comic con.
This website says it sells graphic novel ebooks (which means ePub format I’m pretty sure): https://www.kobo.com/us/en/ebooks/com...
Finding graphic novels online is very easy, just search for it and if the title is popular enough I’m sure you’ll be able to find it😊
