Okay folks - there was a unanimous and enthusiastic HELL YES when I asked if you wanted to plunge straight on into The Winnowing Flame - so getting a post set up here ready to take details of dates, pages and participants!

We learn a lot more about the Jure’lia this week - both as invading enemies and from their own peculiar perspective. What do you think about the worm people and their Queen now you've seen them in action? What do you think of Hest's situation and how she is dealing with it?

We see more Eborans too - from the horrors they inflicted during the Carrion Wars to the devastating impact of the Crimson Flux. How sympathetic are you to Ebora and its people (dead and alive)? What are your first impressions of our new Eboran characters?

Along comes The Epic Quest To a Fabled Land ... What are your thoughts on Tor and Noon's journey to find the island Micanal was searching for? What do you think they might find if/when they get there? (Do you think they'll get there, and in one piece...?)

For that matter, what did you make of Firstlight and its residents, and the hints about their origins and why they came to this island?

Meanwhile, the rest of the party is splitting up as Bern and Aldasair set out for Finneral, whose people are having their own problems after the return of the Jure'lia. What might you be expecting from this side mission?

Vintage, meanwhile, has finally been forced to sit the adventures out - though that isn't stopping her from making questionable decisions. What are your first impressions of Tyranny, and her offer to aid the war effort?

This week is all broken hearts and unexpected developments.

What do you think the Jure'lian Queen is trying to achieve with Hest and Celaphon?

...speaking of Hest. We Need To Talk About Hest.

Finneral: a fine place for a visit - with a hint of romance? Time to flail about Bern taking his boy home!

That said, this week is not the week of romance running smoothly. Tor and Noon can't get a moment; Vintage has some discouraging realisations about Nanthema; and Bern and Aldasair don't end up in the honeymoon suite. Any thoughts to share about one or all almost-couples? Do you think we'll get any happy ever afters?

Origin is home to more riddles than answers. What do you make of Micanal and Arnia? Do you believe the tablets are at the bottom of the gorge? Do you believe anything they've told us?
