Truman Capote is included in the list for the O. Henry Award. Would Breakfast at Tiffany's: And Three Stories qualify? As the title indicates, it includes his short novel plus 3 stories.

No problem. My library had Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman by Haruki Murakami, for which he won the Frank O'Connor International Short Story Award in 2006. That works for me!
