Cyrus Ghaffari | 2 comments I myself am Iranian and think that this book teaches you a lot about the history of Iran. This book is serious but also can be very funny! I hope you consider this recommendation! Have fun reading!

Alda Saldan (bioarla) | 12 comments I've read it, and I liked it even if I was not enthusiast about the book. I've also read Reading Lolita in Tehran: A Memoir in Books by Azar Nafisi. If you liked Persepolis, you will like this one, too.
