Need to Link My Paperback Novel Syphons to My Author Page

I am trying to link my paperback novel Syphons (A New Adult Sci-Fi) to my D. A. Smith author's page. I currently have two other books called Stolen By The Ash, and The Life Major. I wanted to add my sci-fi to that list of books I own because currently, it is under a generic author's page of the same name.

Can you help, please!
