John Murray (anchored_in_the_word) | 3 comments Evangelical Christians used to have moral high ground. Where is their morality when it comes to Donald Trump? Are they now seen as hypocritical and what are the consequences?

Jim Vuksic John,
The following quotes answer you inquiry much better than I could.

"Don't tell me about your god with words. Show me about your god with actions."
Steve Maracoli (Author/Radio Commentator) 1975 - Still Living)

"Anyone who thinks sitting in a church can make you a Christian must also think that sitting in a garage can make you a car."
Gary Edward ("Garrison") Keillor (Author/Radio Personality) 1942 - 2018

John Murray (anchored_in_the_word) | 3 comments Amen brother. Great quotes. I will add two more: 1) from J.C. Ryle's book, "Holiness" - ' There is nothing worse than apathy, indifference, stagnation, and deadness.' and 2) from Hebrews 12:14, "without holiness, no man shall see the LORD."

John Murray (anchored_in_the_word) | 3 comments You are missing the main point here. It is not about Trump. It is about evangelical Christians.
