Books we've never heard of...

Ginger Forbes boring

Stephanie I loved it! Found it very interesting, and easy to read. I think you have to love your library to really get the gist of this book. Of course I love learning about things I didn’t know much about, like the development of the library system as well as the LA library fire.

Frank Orlando Yes I agree. If you have tried reading Cervantes you'll be thankful of the distilling process the article talks about...

"After amassing his collection, Colón employed a team of writers to read every book in the library and distill each into a little summary in Libro de los Epítomes, ranging from a couple of lines long for very short texts to about 30 pages for the complete works of Plato, which Wilson-Lee dubbed the “miracle of compression”."
