What are your favorite Philosophy books?

message 2: by Luke (new)

Luke | 3 comments The World as Will and Representation by Arthur Schopenhauer, for me, and there's really nothing even close.

Walden by Thoreau, A Short History of Decay by Emil Cioran, and Emerson's Selected Essays are great as well.

Thoughts on death and living.

Also my all time favourite, Crime and Punishment by Dostojevski. Dealing with mental illness.
