Stefuh | 3 comments I haven't read a lot of classic books so far, but I love 1984 by George Orwell, The Portrait of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.

Annette Barber | 2 comments I was an English teacher for thirty years, so this is a tough one. Early in my teaching, the books I taught stood out to me. I loved Tale of Two Cities by Dickens and Huckleberry Finn. I loved Ray Bradbury’s short stories and Steinbeck’s books on California as my family came from that time. Right before I retired I realized I had taught in all four corners of the state of Colorado in both middle and high school grades and had never had the pleasure of either reading or teaching To Kill a Mocking Bird. I fell in LOVE with the book. It became my favorite ❤️
