YA paranormal motorcycle romance

Girl moves into house that's haunted by a boy who I think died when he crashed his motorcycle. There might even be a ghost dog? He tries scaring them into leaving but when that doesn't work he reveals himself to her. I believe it's a trilogy and would have come out 10+ years ago

Definitely young adult, 15/16/17.

USA, possibly close to a body of water but unsure.

I can't remember if it's a mom or dad but I believe there was only one parental unit, I think she has a brother.

I can remember at one point she goes to a rich friend's house and for some reason (that I can't remember) the ghost comes and picks her up on his bike. I think it's raining when he does.

I think (if I remember correctly) the reason the ghost died was because he wrecked his bike into a tree?
