Jeff Lewis | 1 comments As former avid reader but had to stop (in the 2000s) due to long term pain issues but as now discovered audiobooks. I've noticed a lot on new authors try to recreat the Golden Age of Crime but which are the best?

Paul Harvey | 10 comments Anthony Horowitz has done a couple of good Sherlock Holmes novels, authorised by the Conan Doyle estate. Sophie Hannah has done the same with Agatha Christie. Jill Paton Walsh completed an unfinished book by Dorothy L Sayers, and has written more books featuring Lord Peter Wimsey.
